To the team working 12/9 making food. I sincerely hope all of your fast food is cold for the rest of your life. I am pregnant and was so looking forward to a fresh chicken sandwich. Instead got the coldest chicken sandwich that must have been sitting out all day. I don't feel like risking my unborn child's life on whether or not it has bacteria growing on it. We are remodeling our kitchen and I have no food in my house and now have to eat cup ramen for the night instead. Getgo never did me dirty like this. Their food is always fresh. The sauce I paid extra for for my fries was also not included. Do better.

Don’t come here late night. Service is disrespectfully slow. The people are nice but they must need more people, or members who are more efficient at making food in a timely manner.

I get yall are busy, but definitely didn’t pay for cold Mac & cheese….glad I was just coming home and have a microwave. Some people don’t - maybe keep that in mind. Even when you’re busy. My chai tea is great tho so thanks for that!

I’m not usually one to complain, but I just sat in the drive through for almost an hour waiting on 2 chicken snack wraps. And the line wasn’t long. There was one car in front of me. Will not come back here.

They forgot an item on a mobile order. No big deal, I walked up and asked them to make it. They said they would make it and I said cool and waited. They forgot about me so I asked them again and they said they were backed up and I had to wait for their mistake. Not sure why I had to ask twice but also they had zero urgency. The supervisor was Mike at 11:45 PM on Tuesday August 20th. Another supervisor got me a refund which was cool but still upset I wasn't taken care of when they made the mistake.

Idk, who did it, but this is the best most professionally rolled wrap I have ever received from this sheetz.
Even distribution of meat, cheese and topings throughout. It's not a sloppy mess ....
The person who made this wrap cared about the quality and it shows. Have this person train everyone else how to properly do this each time. Please and thank you.

A blonde woman heavier set was very rude to me when I raised a question about a missing sauce... She couldn't have been more than 25. She made me uncomfortable repeating herself and yelling at me to repeat myself I guess I was talking softly I didn't want to embarrass anyone just get the sauce I ordered and paid for. She repeated herself yelling multiple times as I tried to again verbalize the mishap to the point I studdered my speech in disbelief then told me to "use my words" I was shocked so I turned my back and just walked out. Never going to stop here again..
am in shock that I was bullied like this by an employee at a gas station.

5 stars for the staff/ 1 star for management for understaffing. Tell corporate to raise wages and hire more. People need to feed their families. These corporations make too much money as is.

Wish I could give this sheetz a 0/10. I’ve been going there for years and had multiple problems that were easily resolved. I had purchased 70$ worth or produced from this store and received 10$. I’m absolutely appalled by the staffs response and in the end I will not receive my money back. Don’t shop here,

Parker was great, he helped the counter then helped the kit hen area, so he took my order then made my food. He was running around doing everything. Ashley on the other hand, judged me on the amount of side toppings I wanted even though I said I'd pay extra for it. I didn't realize you guys had an onion shortage but she was very concerned

Cashier was friendly, and efficient. The girl who made my sandwich did a great job! Best cold sandwich I have had in a long time. She apologized for the wait (there was 3 people ahead of me so the wait was expected). It was around 9am this morning.People complaining about wait times, it's not just the person in-store you were behind, there is also door dash orders that came in before you finalized your order. Get over yourself.

I was purchasing a drink and EMILY did not let me go for a penny (1 cents) i didn’t want all that change back. I could of went to my car to get it but I didn’t because i thought it was very petty . I work retail and I am not worried about one cents get real
