There have been two instances where the tracking on a package I was to receive stopped moving and no longer showed an arrival date. Each time I called and I got to speak with Tammy, and each time she was able to get my package moving again and delivered. Thank you for all that you do!

Super friendly and very helpful. I send things a lot for eBay and they are exceptional every time I go in.

A package was misplaced and a non-Cartier found it, apologized, went and picked then delivered it to my home. Very cool
