Never go on Fridays. My first Friday and boy the line. Perhaps not enough tellers. Forgot to check.

Ray is really helpful and pleasant. Helped me out so much when no one could. Definitely a wonderful worker. Great customer service

Ray was a tremendous help with the issue of double charges. I believe the tellers name was laura or lauren who took my phone call later in the day who was very helpful as well
