I will not be going to this pharmacy anymore. I went in to get my son’s prescription there was no one in the line. The guy at the pharmacy counter asked me did I have a barcode. I said no I just got a text that the medication was ready. He said “yes well the barcode is in the text message” and proceeded to show me the link to get the barcode through the text message and it was a bunch of info to fill out. I was not going to stand at the counter filling out info on my phone when I have a sick toddler that needs his medicine. I kindly asked him if he would just look up the name and I can fill out the info to get a barcode later because I did not have time for that. Now he has an attitude and acting like he couldn't spell my son’s name (micro aggression). He then walks and hands me a bag and started taking the customer’s name behind me. I looked in the bag and it was just syringes so I said the medicine isn’t in here where is the medicine? He said the pharmacist is mixing it up. What happened to saying “ok miss step to the side your medicine will be out in a minute” he just didn't say anything at all just plain rude. And I told him he was being rude. And he proceeds to say “well you’re on the phone so you’re rude”. Like excuse me? My sister was on the phone when I stepped up to the pharmacy counter and I put her on hold. I couldn't believe he commented on me being on the phone, like weren’t you the same guy that wanted me to stand there and fill out a whole form of information for a “barcode” but now you’re complaining about me being on the phone like please make that make sense. So then another guy behind the pharmacy counter butted in and said “yeah well there’s actually benefits to using the barcode” first of all did anyone ask this guy anything? He just came out of no where and no one was talking to him. It got so messy that the pharmacy manager had to come from behind the wall and tell these two rude ass men to stop. Like how are you ganging up on a customer and arguing! Super unprofessional! I’m so done with this place I will not be going back!

I would give the pharmacy a zero. Pharmacist is so rude!! Watch out for Mary! I do not recommend this place.

I came here to get some over the counter meds and I was pleasantly surprised by how attentive and kind Debbie Ann was at the pharmacy. She has to know Jesus or something because usually no pharm techs are ever that cheery. She helped me and was sweet and caring and told me to feel better. We need more Debbie Ann’s. Let Gods abundant mercy and grace fall afresh on you and if you don’t know Him. Come to the well and drink.
Good job CVS. I hope no one robs you again.

Why can’t the pharmacy answer the phone. Very frustrating! Not the first time they tried to refill a prescription that I do not need. I stopped by to tell them I would let them know when I was running low! Then I get a message that they are going to refill it! I take 1/2 a pill a day! My supply is 110 days but they will only let me extend it until May 27. I guess I will let it sit on their shelf and not bother to pick it up. I’ll fight with them later. Amen!

I'm not real happy dealing with the pharmacy but unfortunately i have to There constantly trying to refill prescriptions that I have plenty of but have a hard time filling ones im out of. I never write reviews but after years of the same issue I figured it is time to vent. Today when I picked up my prescription amongst other products she asked if I needed a bag for my assorted products so she gave me the bag to reach over to bag my own product. Really is that how there taught they weren't busy.Merry Christmas
