Booked a reservation for 1 pm pickup, it's now 1:30 pm and nobody is here. Dopey woman who answered the phone promised me they'd be here by 1:30 pm. She also said "there's a half hour pickup window". Nowhere on the website or in my reservation does it say anything about a "30 minute pickup window". Disgusting. I am irate right now. It's a Monday and I have a 7 year old daughter to pick up from school, 15 miles away.I don't have an issue with a pickup window. I have an issue with the lack of communication, lying, and evasion. If you can't pick me up at 1 pm I should be informed ahead of time. No excuses.

I have rented cars multiple times from this location and have nothing but good things to say about the staff. Everyone I’ve talked to is extremely nice, accommodating and fair during the whole rental & return process. They make renting a car so easy. Highly recommend!

I rented a car after my accident and was told I had until the 27th of the month, Enterprise started taking $200 a day from debit card on the 23rd. I asked for paperwork and wasn’t provided with any. They tried to dispute everything I was told without having any documentation. Besides the fact that I received a dirty vehicle, they are very unprofessional and all they have to say for themselves is “sorry”.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.I was in an auto accident in Feb and had to use them through insurance. They gave me the most expensive car on the lot, without letting me know the cost, or letting me choose a more cost efficient car.My Insurance allowance ran out in two weeks and my car was in the shop for 6... they tried to charge me almost $3k for the rental ......I called and called and called, and the branch manager just ignored my calls, and never returned them.Once again, here I am with the EXACT SAME COMPLAINT. I HAD to use enterprise through insurance and I told the new branch manager what a horrible experience I had before and he assured me they would take care of me.... FAST forward to a month of one rental that costs $185 per day..... and they have drained my bank account.WHO OPERATES A BUSINESS LIKE THIS??? I am a single mother with two jobs who can barely put food on the table and this company is out here charging people for cars they didn't want to rent.I made a reservation for an economy car to begin with. After they sent me on a wild goose chase to get a car, I was put on the back burner with no car for almost a week because the branch manager at one location said, "Call on Monday we will definitely have a car for you."On Monday he said, call on Wednesday.On Wednesday he said, call tomorrow.On Thursday he said, call next week. Once again, no one is helping me, I've been calling for two weeks: Corporate offices, Regional Offices... One gentleman told me No we won't help you , you need to return the car today. I asked him politely if he would transfer me to another representative because I felt like we weren't communicating well and he just kept saying no. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said, I'll give you the number to the branch you rented the car from, I told him over and over that they weren't returning my calls or willing to help me get into a cheaper rental.AND now i have payed $900 OUT OF POCKET .... thank you!!!! I can't pay my bills now. I'd much rather walk 27 miles to work than deal with this company again... how are you still in business????

I've been a long time customer of Enterprise so it was great to work with them again when my vehicle was involved in a minor accident. They worked with my insurance and collision repair company with no issues and played an integral part in keeping me mobile while my vehicle was being repaired. The only constructive criticism I have is to just make sure the key fobs have good batteries on the rentals. I had to replace the battery on the fly because of course the vehicle wouldn't start without recognizing the key fob. Besides that, I will continue to utilize Enterprise for all my rental needs in the future!

Enterprise on 602 Easton Road has the best customer service . Every representative is amazing but Ralph is absolutely exceptional. You can walk in with the most stressful situation and he is able to meet your needs, move quickly and provides such a positive and peaceful space . All the employees are kind . I do every thing in my power not to have to go any where else . Keep up the great work guys ! Great chat one service like this is can be challenging to find !

The nearby Enterprise locations did a fabulous job providing a rental car while my car was being repaired. They dropped the car at the repair shop and picked it up when the repair was finished. They extended the dates and rates when the repair took longer than anticipated. Call your local office if something is not clear on the website.
