I wasn't going to review this shop but the owners ignorance (brian) is making me. I went to this shop for a simple tint job 2 front windows. After the tint guy was done there was multiple creases and lines in the tint along with mis cuts allowing light in. I Asked him what happened and he said the tint probably moved which then he had to redo a 2nd time that night. Now after the 2nd round and 3 days later same thing. So i contacted the owner and was setting up a 3rd time tint job. Being i work down the street I decided to email the owner to see if he would like to see the bad tint job but got no response so I went to the shop. Luckily the detailer was there and saw how bad it was which he agreed and decided to call the owner who was as rude as can be on the phone. He talked down to me asked me why I showed up to his shop when I had an appointment, why am i emailing him and just kept going. Its ashame He's employees know he is an issue along with other customers that reviewed his ignorance. So after that I decided to have them not touch my car a 3rd due to him berating me on the phone and had car optics clean up the bad tint job which was a great experience along with getting my money back from this shop. Be careful if you go and it's cash only đ¤

You were a very negative person on the phone for what ever reason. Put the customer 1st and listen with out taking everything so personal. Your employee who had you on speaker that day heard how you talked to me and said it's a common issue. Your the reason I didn't want to give you a 3rd chance and would never recommend anyone to this place. Hopefully you can learn from this đ¤ˇ

Glenside Auto Spa was the right choice to take my car to get detailed.
I had work done at my house and had to park my car elsewhere for about a week. I ended up parking under some conifers that dripped large amounts of sap all over the car.
I first took my car to Glenside Auto Spa for someone to take a look at it, as I was unsure what options were best. Jeff took the time to look over the car and give me his recommendations and suggestions.
I made the appointment easily on their website with no issues. Today was the day and I just got home with what looks like a brand new car. I cannot express enough how great of a job Jeff did in making my car look new again.
Highly recommend!

I will not return. Would give zero stars if possible. Brian is a person I wish to never interact with again.
EDIT ADDED AFTER OWNERS RESPONCE:
Once again Brian in the reviews blames the Customer for the interaction that never should have happened. Brain was rude to me and dismissive of my concerns. Feel free to read through the reviews and you will see time after time it's the custome's fault. Brian never takes accountability for his behavior and repeatedly, blames the customer. The common person involved in each interaction is BRIAN. The complaints about Brain go back for years. Yet according to Brian it's always the customer that is at fault.
Brianâs explanation of each event is simply semantics and an extension of him belittling the customer after he had done so previously while interacting with them about the service they were providing.
The gentleman who cleaned my car did a great job. It wasnât perfect, but my car was very dirty and considering that he did a wonderful job and I feel bad for that employee (as I am an employer myself) I feel bad for that employee that they have to put up with Brian . I can only imagine his treatment of them is even worse than his treatment of the customers.

This company has a terrible business owner. I spoke with the owner Brain twice over the phone, and I received terrible service! First call was to get a quote and 2nd call was to schedule a Window tint service, I arrived to the location at my scheduled time (9am) and his employee calls him and he says there was a schedule issue and canât preform my service. Brain is a terrible business owner and has no interest in fixing his mishap. He then asked me what do I want to do and I said âI would like to receive my service that I scheduled for and he says thatâs not possible and he wants to pass on doing my service.â That is not true because you gave me the date of May 10th I asked for the date I called and you said May 10th so how is that not a âconfirmation callâ and as a owner you should call the client to confirm they will be showing up not other way around!

Had my Wrangler detailed here twice- and let me tell you, between dirt, dog hair, make-up, and whatever else, it wasnât an easy task. These guys put some heart and muscle into detailing. Your car comes back like itâs fresh off the factory line. Will highly recommend to anyone.

Brian and his team are true professionals. This is my 6th vehicle they have tinted for me.
They always take the time and effort to make sure everything is done top notch.
The prices are great and it comes with a warranty.
The detailing and spa treatment made my truck look amazing.
Its the only place I will take my vehicles.

As parents of two young kids, our cars are constantly littered with crumbs and trash; even slime! Ok, can't blame the kids completely, we had a share in the mess. :-)
We took our two cars to get the interior and exterior detailed. Glenside Auto Spa has awesome and professional customer service. Assured me that they would take good care of our vehicles. They kept me informed on when our cars would be ready and let me know 30 minutes in advance, so I can arrange to pick the cars up. After we got our cars back, we were shocked at how great they looked. THEY GOT THE SLIME OUT! I don't remember the last time our cars looked this great! Will be taking our cars back!

I got an interior detailing service. Vacuumed well but left a removable stain on the seat and dashboard. Left a whole soapy droplet mess on all interior windows, including front windshield. I expected better results for this price.

After talking to Glenside Auto Spa, they kindly scheduled a new time and fixed my issues at no cost! Thank you!

Response to owner's reply: The detailer most certainly told me to forward the quote to you. The insinuation that I'm trying to pass off a preexisting problem to you is outrageous and disrespectful. I have had many repairs throughout the years, and this is one of the less expensive ones. And the problem has nothing to do with removing the handles. I initially asked that because I was trying to think of an explanation.They were likely pulled back too far when being cleaned. The chances of 3 handles breaking at the exact same time naturally is astronomical. In no other situation outside of the detailing is the same amount of force being applied to 3 handles.*$225 in detailing cost me over $700*The detailing work was decent. Not great, but the car certainly looked better. Unfortunately, this is not why I am writing a review. After picking up my car, I noticed the interior door handle was loose and almost popping out. It is an older car and things wear down and break, so I did not think much of it. Later, my son noticed the passenger side handle was also loose and felt like it was about to break off. I then checked the back door handles and one of them was loose as well. It was then apparent that something likely happened during the detailing, perhaps the handles were pulled too hard when cleaning. Having 3 handles fail at the same time is too much to be a coincidence. Brian (presumably the owner) told me the detailer would take a look. I brought it back and the detailer didn't think he did it, but Brian advised me to take it to a mechanic and send him the quote. I sent him the quote via email and text, which was over $500 as the handles were beyond repair and needed to be replaced. I have yet to hear from him. I will not be using their services again.
