Would give 0 stars if possible - ignorant staff at the front of store. Don't even acknowledge you or say anything when they are ringing you up. Not sure why you would work in customer service with this attitude. First and last time ever at this store.

Terrible experience in the pharmacy. Dropped off a prescription and I was told it had to be ordered and was assured it would be ready on 2 days. They were supposed to text me and took my cell number for that purpose. I never received a text, but showed up on the day they told me it would be ready. After waiting in line for 10 minutes they told me that the drug is not available at all and no indication of when it will be available. Of course I needed the refill ASAP. So I asked for my prescription back so I can fill it elsewhere and waited 30 more minutes while they located the prescription. Absolutely inept service.

Great customer service. At times phone support could be a little short with their answer. Phone ahead to make sure meds you need long term will be in stock when you need them. They do take the time to learn your name. They are worth 5 stars.

Specifically dealing with the pharmacy ONLY. I dropped off my prescription on Saturday afternoon. And when I came today (Monday!), it was still just sitting by the register. Unfilled. I opted to sit and wait for my 3 scripts just to find out they didn't even have one of them in stock. Was asked to retun later that day, which I did just to find out they couldn't fill it because my insurance approval didn't go through. Now I understand that wasn't their fault, but nobody called me. No apology from the employee. Nothing. I even told her this is why I dropped off the script on Saturday and nobody even started it until today. Still nothing. Terrible service. Not to mention the gentleman working the counter was loudly complaining about his job.
