I took Lucky today for wash and de shade. the place is nice and clean but after I picked her up I realized that they didn’t even de shade her and my car full off hair then when I arrived home I see her ear bleeding. I brought her here because most of the reviews are good maybe just my luck.

Great place but you have to connect with the right groomer for your pet. All personalities aren’t the same. My baby is skittish and needs a lot of attention.

We always take our doodle here- We love being able to see all the dogs being groomed/the open concept here! Makes us feel so safe leaving our pup there. She always comes home so happy! It’s clear they treat these animals with such care.
I have a very old dachshund with nails that couldn’t be trimmed at the vet anymore, since he’s so squirmish and loses patience quickly now. They accepted a quick walk-in, let me hold him, and were so patient with my little boy! He walked out feeling brand new. I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate these lovely humans that work here! (Beth Hatter, you were incredible! We’ll remember this wonderful experience because of you & your kindness!)

GREAT Place to take your pet and have them groomed, the staff is extra friendly and professional, this is my go to place for my pet and I will be returning very soon!!!!

Friendly staff. Very clean and professional. My mini poodle, Rosie, hates being brushed and ended up with some pretty bad matting. I was expecting her to need a complete shaving, but Sam managed to save some of her fur, and she looks absolutely adorable! Very pleased!

We've been coming to Oh So Pretty for a very long time now.
They are the only groomers we trust in the area. We drive all the way from Warrington to use their services.

They are always great. I have taken many pets there of my own and taken other people's pets there for them and with their permission and have recommended Oh So Pretty to many pets owners through the years. On this trip, I took a friend's matted older 'male' ragdoll to get a lion cut. (friend passed away and cat was 'being cared for' by teen son). Sam (groomer) did a great job. Highly recommend! The cat is more active, eats better, has way less to no hairballs! Also, found out the cat is female... This blew everyone's mind.... Lol!!!

I have been pleased with my experience here. My yorkie has always gone to petsmart for grooming, but she hates being confined to a kennel. So it was time for a change. I love that she gets a gated “play area” to herself that allows her to be less stressed. Keara always does a great job on her cuts and it’s not an all day affair. Highly recommended!
