I have regularly visited (weekly) a patient at Accela Care for the past 5 months. During that time, I have had many chances to see staff in action as well as talk to patients. I found the level of caring, professionalism, courtesy, and helpfulness of everyone to be excellent. Patient conversations voiced the same observation.

First off DO NOT COME HERE, facility has mice and roaches also I stayed here on the rehab side for 14 days it was like hell food arrived cold EVERYDAY. Patients who could not do for themselves were left soiled for hours some times they can’t even find coverage for a shift so patients would be sitting for a whole 8 hours before being touched please DO NOT bring your family here !!! I’ve seen in the reviews they have said “ we provide the best care possible “ But the rooms are dirty the sides are dirty the residents are not cleaned everyday the food is garbage what about that is good care ? More like neglect one night I waited 3 hours before a aide came to give me ice water and gave me an attitude when I rung the bell I tried to go to the ADON nothing was done about it they do not care for the residents and it is sad

My name is Lloyd Guions and I stayed at Accela for a month. OT and PT are phenomenal. They are short staffed, however the nurses and aides on site are A1. I am a disabled vet and I appreciate the corporate staff that are hands on also. I would definitely refer this Rehab to others.

Before posting I tried multiple times to speak with the Admissions Director but would not return my calls. The facility looks beautiful but unless your loved one is pretty independent, do not take them to this place. We found our father sitting in his own feces and soaked in urine, over heated because the AC was broken and he had multiple layers and sweaters on. He was dehydrated and burning up. They told us he would have an aide because he has dementia. His dinner was left next to him, covered and untouched. He didn't know to uncover it to eat. We were told he'd be brought to the dining room for meals. So sad that a for profit agency cares so little about an elderly dementia patient. Thankfully he was only there for a couple days.

The folks are very kind and were very kind to me, I truly hope I won't be back in the best way possible, but I really find comfort in knowing I have a place to stay if I need it. Thank you Accela!

Wow! This facility’s environment is beautiful and welcoming. I see so much potential in this team of staff and the building. They are already doing great! The staff also show competency in being trustworthy and knowledgeable.

This is a good company compared to others I’ve stayed at, we just got back from visiting the casino and hitting the Chinese buffet! I love the friends I’ve made here and highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a place to go.

My father has been at this facility since January 2023, since his stay they have lost an entire wardrobe 3 times. The television in his room (where he spends most of his time) has been broken for 2 weeks despite several calls from me, and other family member to have them repair it. All of the staff is there through agency, and it is almost impossible to get questions answered. There is absolutely NO communication with family. I would NOT RECOMMEND this facility

Good healthy food. Stuff pay attention to what patients need. Cheerful and at home.
