“Well I was paying more for the unit but didn’t know so while I was paying for that unit Stacy one of the employees said …. U know u can get something bigger for what I paying now ? Not even knowing I needed more space but just couldn’t handle the storage rent .. I jump at the chance … he didn’t even know he was saving my life ..
& when I went to do the agreement he was there as well as Ms. Kim whom serenaded me with funny stories until another client came in where she helped immediately and then when she was done, came right back to me and showed me The attention and respect that I didn’t even know what,
See what I like about this storage place it’s always a common face always a funny story to be heard or said and always Respectful and professional .
I’ve been there for years and I’m not leaving until I get my home but just to have some stuff safe. I feel like even having my stuff still there would be a great idea. Reason Plus, it gives me a reason to just have some good old chitchat With the employees because no matter who you Who you talk to there’s always A friendly face! On a scale from one to 10 I definitely give them a 20..
So now I see I have never sent this review and she’s been sitting in my phone. The crazy thing is now I got another unit & Radford save my life again .. got a bigger unit for cheap . .. so now I have 2 unit for cheap . I’m like ok Radford ‘ but n my head I’m like …. ‘ LET HIM COOK … ‘ YALL Krazy not to grab a unit .. protect ur shit get wit my homies & them..”
“I experienced some barriers with my online reservations, and order for moving supplies, however I went in person to Uhaul - Allegheny and was promptly assisted by Storage Mgr, Gary and Cameron. Ms . Cameron addressed the error I made in my reservation and effectively explained what occurred. Ms. Cameron offered to assist me with taking my moving supplies to my vehicle, however, there were other customers waiting and I thanked her for offering and politely declined her assistance, so that she could attend to the other customers.

“I had a problem with my car/key fob in the middle of the day while running errands to get ready to leave for a flight that night. I called, someone came to the shopping center I was in, and got the car started for me. I followed them back to the shop to make sure the problem was fixed for good. The same nice gentleman drove me home while they worked on my car. Not even 2 hours later, I got a call it was ready to pick up. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and I was so pleasantly suprised with the cost. As a young women, I’ve had a lot of car places try and rip me off because they think I don’t know what I’m talking about. But they explained the cost plainly and it was so much less than I expected for such good, timely service. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for helping me out so I can go on my trip without anxiety about my car!”

“I have a small driveway but needed a bigger truck for my landscaping business. Bentley truck services had the perfect solution, an Isuzu NPR gas with an aluminum dump bed. The cab over design of the Isuzu trucks makes it about 4 feet shorter than an American truck with similar GVWR. The Isuzu itself is lighter, so is the aluminum bed compared to a steel bed. All of this means I got a compact truck capable of significant payload for a great price.They delivered the truck to Virginia. Unfortunately there were some discrepancies between the advertised truck and the truck that was delivered, namely an underbody tool box and steps to access the tarp.I brought this up to Greg Lamb and he assured me that he would rectify the problem. Being that I had already bought the truck, I had doubts this would ever happen. He arranged to have the work done at a welders halfway between us. I brought it in and the work was done in a matter of hours.I couldn’t be happier with the truck. It is the perfect truck for our purposes.”
