I have been a customer for about 7 years. Here lately my sress shirts have been returned with large creases in them. So much so, that I have to iron them AFTER I pick them up. I asked the owner about it and he says it's the printing press so you should have gotten the shirts hand ironed. Then instead of apologizing for his error he Insults me and says that my shirts from Saks and Ralph lauren are cheap shirts. I also have to mention that one time he messed up the cleaning ticket and gave me someone else's shirt and tried to argue me down that it was my shirt. I guess being a regular long term customer doesn't mean anything anymore. I'm done with that place.

This place advertises one price and charges another!! I asked the woman about this and she said that they just leave it up!! To me it’s against the law to advertise one price and charge another price that’s more expensive than the advertised price!! Needless to say I didn’t leave my clothes there but took them somewhere else

It was my first time to have dry clean service for a man’s shirt, the shirt was linen & was not perfectly ironed but the worst part of the service was the customer service, the woman was not nice at all, she had brief answers with attitude. This was my first and last visit to this place.

Just called for pricing .., I asked for prices on dress shirts, jackets, and pants. The young man who answered was asking the owner one for each item, at a time. When he asked for pricing on jackets she yelled to him, “STOP RIGHT THERE!” She grabbed the phone from him and said, we can’t give anymore prices over the phone! And hung up!” Not sure what makes her think she’ll get any business with that kind of customer service!Horrible!

I love this place. I’ve been going for years and the service only gets better. The woman at the front is so sweet I always have great conversations with her. The man who is the owner and husband of the woman is the expert. He knows his stuff and always takes the best care of my clothes. Has done sone repairs for me too. I will always support this place and the owners. Great quality drycleaning and prices.

You get what you pay for... I go to Ultimate Dry Cleaners cleaners in Glenside across from the Wawa and ask them to fix a hem on my pants. He charges me eight dollars for the repair and returned this to me. When asked, why is the stitch shorter and done in blue thread he tells me that it's a blind stitch and you can't see it, but we're looking right at it. This guy has a terrible attitude problem and has a conniption, because I'm not satisfied with the work. He's adamant about his work being done correctly so I take it to my original tailor at Happy cleaners , without telling her who did the work she tells me all the mistakes that he made and now I have to pay double for the correction.

It is very sad that people enter a business without reading reviews. I wish I had read the reviews first.. I came to this dry cleaner twice and both times he was very rude and dismissive. My complaint was how he pressed and cleaned my clothes. I made a request and he was so nasty. For all the good reviews in my opinion it proves that he's moody and doesn't care about the overall climate of his business. He really needs to fix his attitude. I will never go back.

They are courteous/do thorough professional: clothes dry cleaning, pressing/alterations. And they require payment in advance for all alterations. And yes, I recommend them.
