My order is either frequently wrong or it takes a long time. There weren’t many people in line today and I was still waiting for a while l. Despite the long wait, my order was still incorrect. The staff seems ok, but it can’t be that difficult to read from an order screen.

RUDE STAFF.. will literally watch you stand there and not ask if you need help with your order, or anything at all.. there was something wrong with my order and they watched me stand for there for 5 minutes not saying anything to me.. on top of that you will be waiting 20-25 minutes for your food. Terrible experience!!

I don't normally do reviews but I stopped by for a few snacks and I just wanted to shout out the young lady who was at the register, it was very busy and she was very quick getting customers out but what stood out was how enthusiastic and sweet she was especially to the older couple that was ahead of me, She was very patient and helped them receive discounts on there phone.

Do not go to this Wawa. I normally don't write reviews but within the last 3 months every time I order, my order is wrong, built lazy and very sloppy, or missing items. I order normally around dinnertime so I guess whoever works afternoon night just doesn't give af. The drink and the sandwich station.

Coffee is always lite in the evening time. Clombian and dark coffee is always lite

Very bad service attitude, I was walking in for really long time and first, but they Ignore me, and not answer me if get my order! Then I wait for a few minutes and ask again still same, the guy just with earphone on and keep ignoring me, at last I only can Cancel the order because of it, just a bad Wawa at this place!

Horrible. This location has been going down hill and fast. Pre ordered today, went to pick up 25 minutes laters and it was about 60 people waiting for orders, and that’s no exaggeration. The deli lady stated they were behind and it would be an hour or more wait. This was stated after already waiting 20 minutes. The staff was helpful and doing the best they could as I believe they are severely understaffed. They offered refunds and many people accepted. Upper management, do BETTER and QUICK.
