Remarkably unprofessional bankers and tellers; accusatory tone, no sense of urgency or desire to provide any customer service. Very Poor communication with each other and clientele. Closed my accounts due to the terrible service.

They look at you as if you’re a suspect when you’re only applying your rights I can’t believe I am writing this but wells fargo employees need better training in customer service

Honestly I wasn’t expecting much as Customer service seems to be a thing of the past these days but I was blown away by Paula Mason. I wanted to help out a Church member by making a deposit into their account. Wells Fargo does not allow cash deposits into someone else’s account. Rather than send me on my way, she sat me down and walked me though how to use Zelle and explained the benefits and protection in doing so. She was polite, courteous and professional. I can’t tell you the last time I have had such an Pleasent experience.

Waited 20 min for an advisor and all of the workers were either talking to each other or at their desk doing nothing. I ended up walking out and driving to another branch. Worst customer service ever.
