“We had our 2 vehicles done, a 2015 Subaru Crosstrek (yes the orange one!) and a 2013 F150. Michael came to my work and busted his butt! Both were long over due. My truck is a work truck with a vinyl floor and it doesn't get treated to soap and water often and has never been detailed. To say this was way more than it is used to is an understatement. Michael did a fantastic job on both of them. His attention to detail was fantastic and they both look great. The upholstery was stained pretty bad in the truck. Especially the armrest, but most of them came out. I wasn't expecting miracles, so my expectations were exceeded. the interior, truck bed, body, headlights, and rims/tires all look amazing. makes me not want to drive it! the Cross trek got equal treatment. However, I was able to do away with the almost new look 2 hours later, when I was teaching a friend how to parallel park and got the tires scuffed in pretty good! (luckily no rim hits!). If you are looking for a good detail on your car, truck, or motorcycle... keep Detailing by Drake on your contact list. “This is an update of an earlier review in which I got a $6 Car Wash and was charged $10. Somewhere along the line the $10 charge was changed to $6. So I changed my review from three stars to four stars and I will try it again and hopefully it will only charge me what I asked for. If it consistently works well I will update it to five stars, because I was happy with the car wash I just wasn't happy with the problem with the charge on my credit card. I will update as necessary”

“had the pleasure of meeting Lance today, and I cannot say enough good things about him. Not only is he a skilled mechanic who helped me with my car, but he is a true gentleman.
What impressed me most was watching his work ethic—he was busting his butt helping other customers and supporting his team even when he wasn’t 'on the clock' for a specific task. As a veteran, I truly respect that kind of selfless service and initiative. The shop is lucky to have him; we need more people like Lance in this world!

I ordered a breakfast platter, it unfortunately came with no jalapenos and a smaller amount of eggs than I was expecting. Aliya and Lisa both corrected the issue quickly and without issue. Very happy with the way they handled the mistake and I would love to shop here again.”
“I just want to inform someone that the wash hose in the 2nd bay on the right if you are standing looking at the exits has a huge hole in a hose that sprayed all over me while I was washing my car. “I drove 800 miles to Hershey and had blizzard conditions the entire way. My car was the dirtiest it has ever been and it was a huge mess covered in snow and salt gunk. This location is super convenient and it's great that they have two sides to the wash so people can get in efficiently. My car looks SO clean! The only thing I didn't like was that my heavy car (CRV) was shaken up quite a bit by the washers.”

“For a touchless car wash in the older style, this one does a pretty good job for the price. The dryer could be better, and I’m yet to find a car wash that can clean the back window of my Subaru Forester, but I will go back until something better comes along.”

“Easy access. Some days it can get busy like any other car wash. Several hand wash bays. One automatic brushless bay. The brushless bay uses a lot of pressure which is good for getting dirt off, however, it can possibly remove stick on letters on some vehicles. When in doubt use the wand wash bays.”

“I brought my car in, full of dog hair. I paid over $100 for a full detail and it was worth every penny. In fact, I started trying to do it myself last night and gave up. I have 2 shedding dogs, I'm going to bring it back to QQCW.All these comments about losing discounts... C'mon! It's not price gouging. It's a small business trying to stay afloat through Covid. I pay more for my haircuts for the same reason. Have a heart people. These are trying times.”

“Not a horrible self service wash, but certainly not one of the greats.
I’ll start with the good:
Facilities were clean with new hoses, wands and brushes.
The chemicals actually worked and weren’t diluted like so many other self service washes.
Had a card machine for those who don’t carry cash.
Vending machines were well stocked though I didn’t need them on this occasion.
Now the bad:
Very over priced. 1$ per minute on the self service bays. I spent more doing a fast wash than I would have going to a mister clean or Sheetz car wash.
Swiping your card only puts 4 minutes on the timer. This made things very annoying. I’d recommend having the timer count up, and having a charge limit of 10 dollars on the card like many other washes do.
All said and done this isn’t the best car wash ever but it really isn’t bad. Yea the prices could be better and the way the timer works sucks, but with so many other self service washes diluting their chemicals it makes it tolerable. 7.5/10”

“This car wash gets my car cleaned really well. I’ve had problems with the vacuum canisters not being operational and also eating my quarters and not running long enough to clean my car which is why I only gave this place 4 stars.”
