I used to shop there frequently, till yesterday.
Never again.
I went in with 5 mylar balloons in hand for my son's 7th birthday party right down the road. I was going to grab roughly $40- in items and have 5 balloons filled as I had done twice previously. They let me purchase their balloons, filling mine. Not yesterday.
Yesterday, "Brenda" who claimed to be this store manager said she would "lose her job if she filled them". Then, she claimed it would mess up inventory...? Filling identical size and shape balloons with lightening McQueen on them to match his party, would mess with inventory? How? Hand me the balloon I didn't get filled, fill the one I need, problem solved and 7 year old gets matching balloons for his birthday...? Nope... Total power trip. Yelling at me in front of other customers. Acting absolutely ridiculous. Over what? Filling up some balloons and making the store $50-+... So, no balloons for his party and I will never spend another dime there.
She was absolutely nasty and should not be a manager, because she definitely doesn't act like one if she is.

Every night they close at 845pm. The door reads closes at 9pm. If you want to close at 845pm then change your posted hours. You can get alot of oh no! We need! In 15 minutes. Corporate has been notified of this ongoing problem.
