One of the best hidden gems in the area. They have a huge garage with a great layout and friendly staff. The attention to detail is fantastic between presenting their service to the customer and even remembered to put my OBD scanner dongle back where I left it. (I forgot to take it off for inspection after debugging a P0420 and it kinda just lives on the port now)
I am confident in reaching out to them for further fixes and projects.
One caveat, they get a lot of business. Think of the date you want ahead of time and call in about a week or two prior. It's worth getting on the books. Also watch for deer, it's that kind of area.

We walked into their shop 10 minutes before closing. We had an emergency breakdown driving the kids home from Hershey Park and we were still an hour from home. They jumped into action to help us, ran out to grab the needed part and had us on the road in under an hour from when we pulled in. While we waited they gave the kids snacks and cold water and let them give their shop dogs treats. We are so thankful for their help. After all of that, they could have charged us an arm and a leg for a rush job after hours but instead they probably charged us a little less than market rate for the job. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they were.

We used this shop for the first time and it will definitely be our go to shop. Took our car in on a Thursday afternoon with a starter issue and picked it up Friday with a new starter installed. Very reasonably priced and very friendly service.

Service done really quickly! I had spent a vast majority of the week calling auto shops trying to get my car in to be fixed up since my car wouldn’t shift from park, but all it took was 1 call to Done Right; they had my car scheduled for the next day and I was able to get my car within a couple hours after dropping it off! The receptionist at the time was very kind, straight forward, and got straight to the point with what was wrong with my car and the price was a lot lower than I expected it to be! I definitely will be coming here for car maintenance since they are conveniently within a 10 minute range of my home!

My battery light came on while I was going down 83, stopped here because it was the closest place and is highly-rated. Only took a couple of hours to diagnose and get my car back on the road with a new alternator. Knowledgeable staff kept me in the loop about their progress and did great work.Service: Battery

I don't know anything about car maintenance other than engine oil, coolant, and gasoline octane number. I was given very easy to understand explanation of my car problems and very reasonable charges!!Some old ratings mentioned about front desk staff, but the front desk lady I interacted was very very nice to me.
