Picked up a prescription from the pharmacy only to have the lady keep 2 pages of my medical work. I called back to see if they had them and was told no.

The shelves are nearly empty. The gas station down the road has a better selection of items you would expect at a drugstore.

I have been sitting for 30 minutes waiting for shots!!! No one in front of me, the person I think is going to give me my shots has been on the computer over 30 minutes!!! Service is very poor!!!

Don’t bother calling the pharmacy. I tried for over an hour and no one picked up, it just kept telling me I was next in queue and then would ring and ring. I needed refills and could not go to the location. I called the store end and they transferred me internally and wouldn’t ya know, answered on the first ring. I asked if there was another way I could try and contact them and she told me that because it’s a floating pharmacist, no one has time to answer the phones. I said “so people that aren’t in person can’t put in refills?” And she said “no, we just aren’t answering phones. If you want to call corporate and tell them to hire someone, you are more than welcome.” She had a condescending tone and the other girl with her laughed in the background. I’ve put up with crappy staff over many years here and this was the last straw. Seriously, go anywhere else.

The store is BEAUTIFUL! Very clean! But if you use their restrooms… they’re disgusting! Both bathrooms haven’t been clean in months it looks like! That much dirt doesn’t happen over night! Couldn’t believe that with the store front being so well kept!

As of right now, I'm still on the phone waiting for someone to answer for the third time today. I've called during what Google maps says is the least busy time, (I understand that isn't always accurate). I understand being short staffed, but at least answer your phone. In pharmacy is no better, the lines are ridiculous. Waiting 20 minutes just for someone to answer a phone is nuts! Folks need their prescriptions, and the service here is terrible.

Pharmacy is TERRIBLE to deal with. Pharmacist is extremely rude and careless. He flat out told me to go get my Rx’s filled somewhere else.

Shane went above and beyond to make sure our child was able to get the correct medicine and in a flavor she would actually take. He worked hard to get this done just before closing because it was time sensitive. I'm so very thankful to have such a caring pharmacist in our community to help when needed the most. Thank you so much Shane!!!
