Employees are rude and lazy whoever the cashier on 3rd shift is needs customers service training. Cashier didn’t listen to customers and pulled wrong Tabacco products. when mentioning it was wrong to the employee the employee huff and puff like it was an inconvenience for him.

Deceptive pricing. 4 Fiji water bottles under a Aquafina 2.79 label. I showed the employee and he got mad at me. Legally he would have to honor that price. Not fighting for water. Check your receipts. Time 1250 am check the cameras for the interaction

The best experience I received is here. Holly and the morning kitchen staff(men and women) are amazing. The 2 young ladies on the register in the morning are customer service examples! The young lady(elderly lady) that does the coffee in the morning and the young lady that just came back from maternity leave, they all make my day a pleasant one!

If some of your favorite hobbies are spending way too much money on gas and waiting 20 minutes to get out of a parking lot then this is the Rutters for you. You WILL pay 7-12 dollars more here to fill your tank with gas. Additionally, if you are trying to leave at any time during the day where traffic levels are slightly elevated, good luck.

Late night food service last night was horrible! After league I went for food. Made my order, paid. Got my drink on a timely manner. But the guy who was making my food (loaded tots) Red took forever! Lady who ordered after me, got her food first. And he made 3 online orders before making my food. I waited over 10min. Which was irritating. But to Top it off, it was nasty. Cold tots from sitting out too long while he made the chicken. Chicken wasn't fully cooked. He put BBQ over the chicken only, it tasted horrible. I only took 2bites. Because once I bit into the chicken that wasn't completely done, it made me nauseous. 🤢

There is a lot of truck parking at this location whether you're driving a Class A or Class B vehicle you can always find a place to stop and get some really good Rutter's food

The gentleman working behind the deli was very rude. Acting as if customers were an inconvenience. I understand having a bad night but raising your voice to customers for no reason at all is unacceptable. The order ahead of us complained of cold food and nothing was done to correct the issue.

This rutters is by far one of the worst. If I could I'd give them 0 stars. Consistency is something they do not do, especially when it comes to tobacco sales. I've been going there 7 years and my partner 3 years and we are both born in 1993 and this place picks and chooses when to ID. The policy is to ID if the person looks to be under age, I believe, 45. I know this because I've worked at several gas stations. There have been many times where they have not asked for ID, and then once in awhile they will ask to see it. My partner has never been asked to present ID until last night for the first time. This place should be monitored and reprimanded. Be more consistent and professional. Also the law states no sales of tobacco to anyone under 21 not that they have to have ID. Their food service is also terrible. They are always missing things in orders and there compliance with cleanliness is less than up to par. I for one am going to take my business elsewhere and make sure I spread the word about there terrible service.

This Rutters is located just off of I 83. Has a gas station and great food items as usual. This location has a casino in it with six slot machines. I tried my luck and lost. Maybe I’ll never go to a casino in a gas station ever again, but it was an interesting experience. I would give this location five stars if I won on the slot machine.

This is supposed to be truck stop as well but they always have the gas price highest comparing other gas stations near by.

Truck parking is available for up to 10 semi rigs. If you arrive before 11 PM, you can usually find 2–3 open spots. Overnight parking is allowed. They offer hot food inside, and there’s a Dunkin’ nearby. The Wi-Fi works here, but no showers are available, but it’s a good place to park, grab a meal, and rest up. Stay safe and drive smart!
