The veterinarians, assistants, and all the staff are wonderful. They are so friendly and caring about our puppies. They are also very open about sharing the concerns and explaining what can be done to protect the health of our pups. I would recommend them to other pet parents.

The best care we have ever received for our cat. The doctors and staff here are so kind and smart. We didnt even know we were getting poor care until we came here and were shown compassion, comprehensive care, and flexibility to meet our pet's unique needs. I would recommend this place to any and everyone! You will be in safe and loving hands.

Our poochon started having seizures 2 weeks ago. They saw her promptly and got her on meds as soon as the results from tests were in.

Everyone went above and beyond for me and my Guinea Pig, Basil. Although he has since passed away, the impression this clinic and all it’s staff has left on us is great, and won’t soon be forgotten. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.

All of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job when my dog ate my fiance's sock and had to do a quick surgical procedure on her to remove it. Would highly recommend going here.

The staff at Valley Green Vet were incredibly passionate when it came time to put down my old dog. They are a phenomenal staff and when the time comes to have another puppy running around, I will definitely bring them to see Dr. Hollway and everyone.

The staff is absolutely amazing. Every single person here is so empathetic and caring, both towards owners AND our pets. They were so helpful, going above and beyond just simple care when my cat suddenly got sick. When it came time to put her down, the entire staff was incredibly supportive and rallied around me. It was such a comforting feeling in the midst of something so hard.

I have nothing bad to say about this Vet. They were able to get my cat in when others were 2 weeks out and there was an 8-12 hour wait at the emergency Vet. They handle Molly with the best care. Gave me tiers of options that would give her the best outcome. They called a week later to make sure she was doing better. I would recommend.

We really didn't like the vet that used to be here. But now new people are here and I really liked the people and they did a great job with our dog's abscessed root. Not willing to go 5 stars because of the pricing. Their prices are pretty outrageous compared to other vets nearby. $75 just for walking in the door. Our dog needed a check up after surgery so they could look in her mouth and tell me how they think it's healing. Every time, at various other places, we always had a recheck for any procedure for free. Here it was another $75. They're very good vets that I've experienced so far but not very price friendly.

The last time I was there I told them my dog wasn't going in without me. I wasn't demanding to be seen or getting crazy. I could very well go get the shots somewhere else and come back with proof. My dog has bad anxiety in the vets office. The vet tech got nasty, waved her hands in my face and said she was 'matching my energy' she then proceeded to let me in with my dog but said I wasn't allowed to touch or do anything. I was only allowed to 'be my dogs cheerleader' which was said in a manner that was insulting. Also what they told me at the last visit was not what they did at this new appointment, and refused to go double check for me. So because of the bad service and being told different things at different appointments I decided it was time to change vets. I had been going here since my dog was a puppy but I guess things are different now that there is a new owner.

1 star rating because that is the lowest we are able to give.We looked around for a vet for our new puppy, Oaky. After reading some unsatisfactory reviews for this vet, we decided since it was so close to home, we would take the chance. We had 4-5 appointments with Valley Green for shots and checkups. A bit over priced but again with the advantage of it being nearby, we remained clients. Fast forward to the time for his castration. We made the appointment and asked all the questions. How the process works, recovery time ..etc. Another important question we asked was about the price. We were told around $750 for the neutering. We had our 20-minute appointment for blood work. $200. They called to tell us the blood work came back fine and to schedule the surgery. During the conversation, we reiterated the price when we asked if the $200 for blood work was included in the $750. They verified what we had been told. The day of the surgery came, we expected to pay the remaining $550. While going over paperwork, (before they took Oaky inside) the tech informed us the balance was low end around $1,000 .. high end around $1,500. Of course we questioned that and explained what we had already discussed numerous times. She looked in her clipboard at another page and said "you're right. Low end around $700 (which is still not including what we had already paid for bloodwork) .. high end $1,000 due today."We left the vet after the conversation and won't be going back. After calling around to find a new vet, the prices for the neutering were significantly less. $350-$550. We didn't realize how badly we were getting take advantage of!

Dr. Johnson and her staff at Valley Green are wonderful with my pets. I was with the practice when Dr. Hartman was there and had good experiences then. I think they have worked out the bugs that come with transitioning a practice to new staff and docs. My last visit with my almost 15 year old cat was positive- there was no pressure to do a senior lab panel even though it was offered and when I declined, had to sign a waiver. I don't mind signing and accepting the responsibility for not doing what I consider unnecessary labs on an old pet. Today I was there with my lab mix. Dr. Beth and the tech (sorry don't know her name) were on the floor with him, talking his language. He loved the attention! The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because I think they are expensive- but probably not any more than any other vet.
