The staff at the three little birds boutique were EXTREMELY helpful in helping me find something that worked for me and looked good. They were personable, fashionable, and provided the opinion I needed to step out of my comfort zone on wearing a dress and earrings I would never go for myself. 10/10 a place I would go again if I did not live so far away. “Let me start by saying this place is amazing. The clothes are great quality and stylish. I needed an outfit for a new job orientation, I went to pretty much every store in the outlets. I wasn't having much luck, then I came here. I was greeted by Jennifer who is probably the nicest woman I've ever met. She was the only employee working, but she still took the time to help me find the perfect outfit & right size! She was so helpful and so sweet. It's about a month later now, I called to ask about the return policy- she answered and even on the phone her kindness shined through. I appreciate her help and I love the store!”
“Chantal, the owner, is super kind, and has the best quality soaps, shea butters, oils, and African clothing in the area. She's doing pop-up shops every Saturday for the month of February 2024. So maybe she'll be closer to you one of these Saturdays. Feb 3 she said her pop-up is at the Capital City Mall.”

“I would give more stars if possible. Over the summer we visited Hershey Park and then spent some time at the Hershey Outlets. I had great success at the Loft Outlet. Recently I went back to the Loft in hopes of finding a particular item, and discovered I was not able to get the item in New Jersey. Additionally, Loft Outlet no longer has an online ordering option. I contacted the Hershey outlet directly to see if they had the items I wanted, and they did. I ordered a gift card online, gave them the number on the card, and they placed my order. Best of all, the package came to me the very next day! I couldn't believe the fast turnaround time, and the friendliness of the store. I spoke with both Tanya and Chelsea. I hope I get to meet you in person the next time we visit Hershey. A+ customer service, in a time where we don't always get that or expect that. I am a very happy customer. Love you guys! “Crazy deals alert! Loved my experience shopping around for hours. Bought plenty of stuff from GAP, and all are priced cheaper than other any places. Service is good, and parking is very close to the stores. They had around 50-60% addidtional saving options on clearance price and 20% on top for card holders, and I had some money on wife’s account.. ended up paying few bucks!”

“Love Rainbow.I own spas, and I don't require a uniform, just solid color clothes.I buy clothes here because of price. There have been many times when I managed to get product on clothing the very first time worn.Many products like massage oil, maks and body detox ingredients can be very difficult to remove if not treated immediately.I'm not too upset knowing I only spent $5-$7 for shirts or $10-$15 on pants.The Rainbow where another of my spas is located didn't last long. I was very happy to find out there is one close to my location, here.”
“Have been a Levi's wearer since the late 70's (I suppose I'll never fit back into my first pair of 29" waist jeans tho ;) ....so will my review be biased? Perhaps, but I don't think so. As the years went by, I tended to gravitate toward generic (aka cheaper) denim in order to save $, but recently I decided to beef up my denim supply and returned to this Outlet store in Hershey. Purchased a new current me-sized Type 3 Denim Trucker Jacket and a fleece-lined Sherpa Jacket as well (oh - and a hat;). I found that when Levi's runs some of their deeper discount sales you're not TOO far above $-wise a lot of the other store brands .....and although no longer made in the USA - the quality still seems to be excellent and worth the extra cost. Store had a good selection & the staff were friendly & seem to be positive about the product they sell, which is nice. Soooo.... I'm still on Team Levi's!”
