The sales department is very willing to be helpful, service does great work most of the time, but they tend to try to push unnecessary extras, and do charge premium prices. That said, they are still our go-to trailer shop for all of our new trailers, parts, and service.

First time there. If it's the same place I am thinking of that use to be on rt 30 they certainly have come a long way and are a very large company now. Very clean and greeted me as soon as I came in and since the parts I needed were called in ahead of time they were sitting right on the counter waiting for me. Nice location.
