We were off to what appeared to be a good start. Workers came out the same day requested, assessed the well, emailed a quote and dropped the ball. Scheduled two appointments and they were both canceled by the company. Called me a week later to schedule for two weeks later. I Declined the appointment because another company had already completed the job.Knight Well Drilling Estimate was very high compared to competitors.

I set an appointment with Knight Well Drilling two weeks prior to have my well checked as the previous owners never did any maintenance. On the day of the appointment (June 1), the office called to confirm the appointment and Rob called to let me know that he was on the way. After they arrived, they tested the system and determined that the holding tank was waterlogged and needed to be replaced. He gave me an estimate up front and the job was done in roughly in an hour and a half. Everything was tested to ensure it was working properly. The service was prompt, efficient, and expertly completed.

This review is long overdue - a year late, sorry. But I have to say that the team was fantastic! We lost water pressure last winter with 2 feet of snow on the ground. The guys came, dug up the well and repaired the offsite within hours. They were efficient, careful to replace all the rock back into place after the dig (you would not even know they dug it out after they left). They were polite and explained everything along the way. We took a lightning hit knocking out our utilities, and well pump. From the first phone call, to the crew who came everything was excellent!!! They helped make a horrible situation more positive by there’re great service! Highly recommend!!!!

What a great company. They had initially installed my well back in 2013. Lost water and called during off hours for emergency service. Received a call back first thing in the morning and within an hour they were on site fixing my well issues. Extremely polite, friendly and professional. What a great crew and company. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they resolved my issue and how reasonably priced they were. This will be my inly go to company for all my well repair needs. You will not be disappointed with this company.
