“The bad reviews for this office are all for problems with mail delivery. In terms of the actual office its self its great! I occasionally sell things online and this is my preferred place to go. The lines are short and the staff are friendly! They haven't made any errors across my hundred + packages and I've been going here for near a decade.”

“In 659 Main St, Tobyhanna, PA 18466, all the workers are very efficient, professional, and hardworking, I ordered alot of items from Temu, but at checkout it default to 7155 mountain dr, instead of 7155 Robinwood drive, I was in the office to tell them what happened and all my packages was delivered to the correct destination, afterwards they didn't forget or ignore my complaint. My packages were delivered intact and promptly. Thank you so much for saving the stress.”

“The staff is always friendly and polite here. We live in a community where mail boxes aren't allowed, so we're here regularly collecting mail. It's heartbreaking that politically motivated extreme cutbacks at the USPS hasn't allowed for every office to be fully equipped with PPE during a pandemic, so we donated what little extra we had at the beginning of the shut down and one of the employees left a handwritten thank you card in our mailbox. I only wish we could have done more. We appreciate you, American Postal Workers ❤”
