The transmission blew up on my suburban Friday night, I found this shop by chance. I had it towed in Sunday, got a call the next day at 2pm saying I was ready to go. Charles seems like a cool guy, easy to talk to. Super fast turn around time to get be back on the road and the price was much better than anywhere else. Also comes with a 3 year unlimited mile warranty. Id definitely reccomend this place.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could. My husband reached out to them via Facebook and I won't lie I was VERY nervous going into this process but this garage is amazing! Great prices and VERY quick with the job. Truck runs amazing and I have a very happy husband!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! got my trans rebuild put it in and didn’t move, turns out he didn’t replace the overdrive bands. then the brand new torque converter had metal shavings in it and there “warranty” wouldn’t cover it… got it all fixed then blew the rear seal out. finally just took it to someone else and haven’t had a problem yet. if there was a zero star id give them that.

Just picked up my truck yesterday. John’s wife kept in contact with me till I had my truck towed to the garage. Once there John contacted me and got right on replacing my bad transmission. Also contacted me once trans was about with a few other repairs that he came across. They fixed all that needed to be done. John was very professional. I will recommend him and send work his way in the future. Truck shifts better than it ever did. Smooth! Great pricing and fast turnaround.
Don’t believe the bad reviews I read. Experience was a A 10!

I recently had the pleasure of working with John from Long Life Transmission for a complete rebuild of the transmission in my 1999 Ford Super Duty 350 with the 7.3 Powerstroke engine, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the team provided exceptional service that truly exceeded my expectations.

Transmission broke down in Milford. We made it to there shop. John also helped give us a ride to hotel near by. They had truck on lift next morning. Called by lunch time with details. Had transmission done by that evening. They knew we was a long ways from home. They went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get back on the road. Great prices. Very nice employees. Recommend 5 stars.

I have been a long time customer with 3 transmissions put in by John. Every single one has lasted many years and has better-than-original-manufacturer quality, and for half the price of any competing low quality scam artist shop out there. I will never go to any other shop for transmission work.

They really know what they are doing at this place brought my18 dodge ram witch is a tow truck and they did not hesitate to take the job unlike every one in new-york that wanted 7000 to fix it this place was alot cheaper and new exactly what the problem was and it only took them 3 days to get it done and im back on the road and working again
