“I am not sure where these bad reviews are coming from, maybe they're getting this location confused with another one...I always have a great experience when I stop in here!”

“The Earlington PA 18918 post office is like stepping back into time. It is a small quaint office, with a retail window and box service. The window is actually "dutch door". The clerks who have worked there over the past ten years have been a credit to the USPS. Thanks to all for great service.”

“I have lived in Harleysville for 19 years and have always found the staff very pleasant ( especially Cindy) .Sometimes there are lines, but due to cutbacks it’s expected . There has been “fill in “ staff occasionally and maybe not as experienced. Cannot believe some of these nasty comments !!!!”

“We have used this Post Office for decades, since it’s location across the street by the Wawa to it’s current locationThe staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. The area has grown a lot since the 1980s but this Post Office has always kept its small town flavor if you take the time to get to know it”

“I’ve never been so impressed with a usps employee as I was today. Usually I feel like I am entering a prison every time I go into a usps store, but not today! Jennifer in Royersford was super friendly, efficient and extremely nice to my 5 yr old daughter. Usps needs more employees like her! Thank you Jennifer. I left the store smiling which has never happened before.”

“Outstanding customer service from all employees. Each and every one of them goes above and beyond to share information, pricing options, and services on very transaction. Clerks educated me about online options. They get you in and out quickly with multiple clerks at the windows. They work great as a team helping each other all for the good of better service to customers. Service with a smile from everyone.”

“Really appreciated the customer service. Mimi and crew helped intercept a package that was picked up that day that had a slightly different mailing address that I didn’t catch until after I shipped..They found it before it got “lost in the mail” ! Thank you so much!”

“We need to remember that this post office, like most, serves hundreds, if not thousands, of homes. They are short-staffed, as most businesses are, and often one person is doing the job of 3 or 4. That is not the fault of the tellers. In that I am in there a minimum of three times a week and have been for years, I have watched these people doing their best for us in the strangest and most difficult of situations. I have never heard any one of them curse, deny service or turn someone away UNLESS the office is closing - we all want to go home at closing time.We all want to be treated with respect and kindness - from the people who serve us AND from the people we serve. I applaud anyone who deals with the public for 8, 10, 12 hours a day and can still retain a smile and bubbly personality at the end of every single day.Tom, you lead the pack - it has been a blessing to have you as the caretaker of my packages.Maybe we all need to step back and remember we are human. Sometimes I just ask a normally bubbly postal employee who seems "off" if he or she is having a bad day? You know it brings a smile to his/her face? Sometimes they need human kindness and courtesy just as much as we do.Tom, Caroline, Tiffany, Usha, Brittany, Amy - hugs to you. I couldn't do your job with the same professionalism. Happy New Year!”

“Today was my first time stopping by this Post Office as my Aunt had to pick up a few packages. I've driven by here on West Skippack Pike a few times and I never knew it was here! This post office is the bottom section of a house, so it doesn't look like the typical post office but dont let that fool you it's a neat post office! Not too busy, friendly staff, efficient service what's not to love? It's a smaller parking lot and the traffic on West Skippack Pike could be a pain if busy but all in all I'm glad I stopped by, it's a great post office!”
