I ordered a phone over a month ago! After 6 times of calling in and chatting w "specialist" I went into a store and got the same exact run around! I can't even use the new phone cause they never sent it yet!! Worst experience ever! My phone case for the new phone came from CHINA- faster than the phone! I can't cancel cause I signed a contract to pay for the phone I don't have! I hate boost and their customer service! And yes, every call was documented and chat was screen shoted!

It was so pleasant to come in and see the new faces in the store. I always had to go to Hagerstown to get good customer service but the new employees Bradley and Shane are so considerate and nice. I'll be letting my friends and family know they can come to this boost mobile now!! Thank you for the excellent service!

The employee Kristine or maybe her name was Kristin I'm bad with names but she was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about all the phones I was looking at and took her time with explaining everything. Top notch service.

My phone was hacked. After 9 calls and 2 visits to the store I cannot access my acct. Unable file fraud claim due to not being able to access acct. Was told that after 3 months of non payment the number would be canceled. In the meantime the "hacker" has full use of this acct. I have to answer credit bureau questions to get into my acct but, per an associate, to change phones all that is needed is the email!

If I could give zero star I would give it today I went to the boost mobile greencastle pa and the manager Jeremy I don't know how he got that position since he doesn't know how to treat a customer well He was very rude and treated me very badly to the point that he kicked me out of the store I just was asking him a few questions about my modern and he got very angry because I was telling him what the other store told me and he got upset for that and I have been a boost mobile customer since 2014 and I had not had any type of problem until today, they are no way to treat customers and even more so if you are a manager who I hope you set a good example, I hope they can take action on this matter.

I had another phone that wasn't providing the service that I expected. It actually got bumped into a mode that I couldn't get out of. The gentleman at the greencastle pa Boost store was very professional and restored the phone to functioning as it had. After talking about the phone he recommended a different phone, which I did purchase. He took care of all setup and it is better than expected. He is a true asset to this organization.
