They checked in at 0900 for 0800 appointment and got the door and loaded by 1000. They got dock right away and left within 90 mins. Fast loading, no wait, no issue. The place got restrooms, a clean washroom near shipping office and a comfortable drivers lounge. They load by appointment time, enough room to backup. Great job, good place, nice. They keep it up. They were in and out of the dock in less than 30 minutes even after showing up 2 hours before appointment. They put me right in a door and was in and out in an hour and a half.

Idk why this place gets such bad reviews. I came ready to sit for several hours with no access to a bathroom, but they've got restrooms available, a comfortable drivers lounge, and i was in and out of the dock in less than 30 minutes, even after showing up 2 and half hours before my appt there was no wait.
