Demanded i identify myself so she could try and locate me in her system before she would sell me insulin syringes over the counter. In pa you do not need a prescription. I entered wearing a tank top with sensor attached to my arm and a pump on my leg. Never been an IV drug user. Felt discrimination and ignorance from the pharmacist. Seeking legal representation*

If they had a half star option I'd pick that instead of one. Pharmacist at this location was a nasty rude lady that should be ashamed of herself on how she deals with customers. My job requires me to travel and work in different states and in this case i had a prescription from Georgia which originally she was ok to order but when i gave her the 2nd one she didn't like the amount so told me to go somewhere else. After explaining to her i dont like using multiple pharmacy's as people are quick to judge ( like she did ) she then refused the first one and told me she cant help me and shut the window. I understand its at the discretion of the Pharmacist but having rectal cancer and back issues and to be nasty about it and offer no help whatsoever she should be demoted and not deal with customers. Never again will i go here!

Horrible customer service in pharmacy … lack of intelligence and passive aggressive to customers …. Where do they find incompetent people like this at … I wouldn’t recommend this CVS‼️…go to another one where they actually care that people are sick and there to get medication 💊 not telling people to come back in 15 mins and then look dead at you —makes eye contact then closes for LUNCH seems like they need a happy pill 💊 … rude insensitive and incompetent NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ONE FOR SURE‼️

More attention to customer care is needed… this is lacking across the industry not just in commercial pharmacies but retail chains as well from pharmaceutical convenient store locations to the larger retail giants like WalMart.
These conglomerates put in self checkout kiosks expecting customers to do the work themselves while Pharmacy Staff, and Store Employees act like customers are a nuisance if asked questions about products. In many cases, rather than assisting me with the products I needed i was sent on a scavenger hunt.
If the product is medical related or medicine which one would deem to be a pharmaceutical staff member question therefore common sense would tend to prevail towards asking a staff member from the pharmacy, well
Well in doing that the response was … “A product like that should be found in isle 13, if you aren’t able to find it there on the vitamins isle, I’d recommend asking someone up front. They know more about where products are located.”
“What?” Yes I was quite confused because when I worked as Pharmacy Tech I was required to know the entire pharmaceutical area layout including behind the counter and ALL OTC medication. We were also expected to know non-medication across the floor also in order to assist customers with locating products when asked thus improving customer relations.
Again, as aforementioned customer care [service/relations] just is not what it once was! With that said, these companies wonder “WHY” people converted to shopping “ONLINE!”
This is why I choose to ONLY have prescriptions filled at CVS for those my insurance will cover that are too expensive to pay out of pocket but honestly if I can afford to pay out of pocket I bring those RX directly to be filled at my local pharmacy Carl’s Drugstore [Greencastle, PA: EST. 1845]… there you’ll receive customer care you deserve.

Drive thru never opened or staffed. Employees allow delivery drivers to block side drive so if you wanted to get to the drive thru it would be impossible without leaving turning around and coming back in a different direction. Staff are inattentive and indifferent to customer concerns.

if i could give 0 stars i would. they refused to help me and instead wanted to help the other people in line. literally made me leave the drive through and pull to the end of the line so other customers could be helped before me, even though i pulled up first. if somebody could give me an answer and my medicines, i wouldnt have been in the drive thru so long. CVS Pharmacy is NOTHING but a headache. i wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. they definitely need a better staff of people that actually know what they’re doing. they’re inconsiderate, rude, and just straight up not helpful. i got a text stating i had medicines to pick up, and when i got here to pick them up they told me they returned everything to stock bc i was too late- i just got the text today saying my meds were ready. they won’t let me refill prescriptions that have unlimited refills- or even let me pay for the medicine i need that’s ready.

They have the drive thru closed more than it’s open. Coincidentally when Daniel is working.

I waited for 10 minutes while the staff talked and looked a dog pictures. Three times the pharmacist said the would be right with me. I do not feel like they value their customers.

Terrible service. Every time I go there is a huge line. I know to plan on 30 minutes. This last time I had been getting messages for days that my prescription is ready. When I get there they say they have nothing. I showed them my phone with 7 texts telling me my medication is ready for pick up. They got extremely rude and snapped at me that they can't do anything about the texts and they had nothing ready. I ended up having to wait for 20 minutes for them to fill it which seemed to really irritate one of them. However, the person who checked me out at the end was apologetic and nice.

My son was seen at urgent care When attempting to fill 2 prescriptions one being an inhaler (albuterol ), and the other prednisone they stated he needed a prior authorization. I called the insurance company because he is having trouble breathing . Dan the pharmacist refused to fill it because he stated to us we need a new prescription for the generic. He didn’t realize I was on the line with insurance and they stated he stated we could come back tomorrow while they processed the claim . I apologized for the rude behavior to the insurance company. The female who answered the phone with the insurance company slammed down the phone and stated I’m done taking to her . I would be on all night . I am a nurse and could not imagine treating my patients this way . Our family is done using this pharmacy.

Only one staff member at the pharmacy has ever been nice to me. Today I walked in and asked for a syringe for a prescription I have and 2 staff members looked at me and scowled and said I would have to ask the pharmacist. I waited 5-10 minutes for the pharmacist (which didn’t matter I understand they’re busy) and he looked at me and my boyfriend up and down and asked what I needed the syringe for. I told him my prescription and mentioned I’ve gotten needles and supplies there before for it. He then got the syringe and didn’t even look at me and threw it on the table and didn’t say a word and walked away. I’ve seen many staff members come and go and no one seems to know customer service.
