Not good when you have a snowfall and the parking lot is not plowed. Not sure if this falls on store management or corporate. But definitely poor business practices... And to be clear this was 24-48 hours after the snow stopped...

I got carded for a cigarette lighter. Ok fine. The woman takes my license proceeds to cough all over it. Then try to tell me its expired. When its not. Very rude.
