old or not old , i can’t stand when people are ignorant to me, dottie you just learn some self containment around customers you can really ruin someone’s day, and before i hear that just is how she is , that is not a excuse to be so bland and ignorant to paying customers

Store had stuff all over the floor, 2 old women not very friendly. One couldn't keep yelling she was off. But stayed and kept.putting her nose I. Other people's business. Never will go there again, she was very.rude.

I was getting a gift card and the cashier lady was very rude. And she even ripped me off by $10, this is a lot and Im like whatever because karma will always come back.

Boxes of stock that needs to be on shelves sits for weeks in the middle of the isles here. Very frustrating when what I want to buy is right in front you of but still in a cardboard box from off the truck. Employees makes excuses every time I ask when is the new stock gonna be on the shelve. Ridiculous.

The lady that helped me today was SUPER friendly,greeted everyone that came in the door,stopped her work to help me and other customers who couldn't find anything. Store was filled with their truck order so the asides were a bit tight. Clean store.

A close relative ( 82 yo female) was there today ( 4/29/22 @ 11:20am) and had to navigate ( nearly face planted) over two cases of soda lying near the entrance door. After politely informing the DG employees ( both nearby at the time) of the situation both promptly ignored her and went about their business. At checkout there was a minor issue with the advertised pricing and what was being charged. Upon notifying the disgruntled employee concerning the price point difference, my relative was begrudgingly informed that all prices were recently updated and current, which of course meant she was wrong. Turns out she was right, after pressing the issue, and visual inspection by the employee of the advertised aisle price, she was refunded the difference ( have receipt to prove point). Surprisingly or perhaps not, there were no apologies offered, no I’m sorry for the inconvenience, no I’m sorry you almost face planted over cases of soda lying on the ground near the entrance, no nothing. Thus this poor review on behalf of a loved one, who is too old, too tired and not tech savvy enough to voice her maltreatment, except to me…..

This store was nice, clean & well stocked in the beginning. Now it's barely stocked & usually extremely slow check out. The employees are nice & polite. And most customers are rude & aren't wearing masks or keeping a safe distance.

This store is great! One time during the holidays when the grocery store were so busy, I actually did all my grocery shopping at dollar general. Love the store.

This store is great. It's almost always fairly busy. But the staff work well to get customers through the line quickly. They are also always pleasant and helpful.
