“These people describing xpo as a bad company to work for are just lazy I presume. I've worked for this company at multiple terminals around new jersey and PA, and they are all customer oriented terminals that absolutely take care of their employees too. However, you work here. You're not just some wheel holder if you're a truck driver. You've got to play your part in the ltl freight business and it's not easy moving all this freight night after night safely but we are well trained and paid well.”
