After not even having the truck for two weeks, it broke down and come to find out the motor was recalled and needed to be completed replaced. 10 minutes after breaking down, my husband called the dealership and without hesitation they drove from Greencastle to Hedgesville, West Virginia right away with a tow truck to pick the truck up.
Jimmy from this dealership was excellent to work with. I had initially called him, and then my husband received calls from him every other day on the progress of the truck. It ended up needing an entire new motor and they worked so hard to get this completed quickly! There was not a moment that we did not feel completely taken care of by the dealership during a really crappy situation.

“I have been looking for a truck for several months now. I have been working in concrete construction for about 5 months, and though I truly loved my 2014 KIA Forte5; it unfortunately could not do what I needed a vehicle to do.
I've been all over Fayetteville, Shippensburg and Chambersburg - hunting and searching for the truck that would best serve my need, a few of my wants, and that would fit within my budget. I am now the proud owner of a 2019 Ford F-150 STX and I absolutely love my truck!!!! I will be driving this beast for years to come.
