Visited a few times, got different information both times. Recently moved to a new build on a new street and struggled to get my mailbox setup. Eventually they took care of it so that was a relief. Plenty of parking in the back

The actual post office location in Greencastle has helpful staff if you need to drop off a package or buy stamps, etc. As other people have mentioned there have been some issues with mail/package delivery but that seems to be more of an institutional problem
