Very clean facility, easy to access for members but secure to protect our belongings. The doors on the units seal really well and keep pests out the unit. Cheapest price around and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

The Waynecastle Storage facility is excellent if you are looking for a secure, convenient, well layer out and organized place to store your valuable items. The facility has security cameras and you can double lock your individual storage area. The storage facilities are sized for everything from packing boxes to cars. Best of all is that administration staff are organized, competent, knowledgeable and responsive to your inquiries and requests. I will use again and can recommend for others based upon my experience. Fair rates, easy to get to, can come and go any hour of day, the whole place is fenced off for extra security, and big enough roads between the units so it's easy to navigate with a big moving truck

I cannot find enough words to express how positive of an experience I had with renting a 10' x 20' storage unit at the Rt 16 location. I had my unit for approximately a year and during that time I felt my belongings were at a very safe place. Entire perimeter is fenced in, units are new and in great condition. Moving from magnetic card to punching a code to gain access to the facility was a great improvement as I no longer had to remember to carry the access card with me. The process of signing for an unit and then canceling the rental couldn't be any easier. Automatic credit card withdrawal is a great convenience. And last but not least - the monthly rates are probably the most competitive in the area.
