I’ve been a AAA member for like 39 years, but this disorganized stuff is rather irritating. Google says AAA updated their hours recently. Closes Saturday at 2. I Drive clear across town and find that they close at 1. Poorly managed sometimes.

Second trip to this office for simple paperwork on my policy and Skip is still on the phone just like he was last time when I stopped here if I could give this office a zero I would the last time I had to wait it was over a half an hour and I can see I'm going to end up telling them to send me the paperwork again. As you can see it's not like anybody else is sitting here waiting and in fact somebody came in after me and has been waited on before me

I've never been here for title services and to my surprise, it was the quickest I ever experienced. Got my grandpa into his new car quickly.

Seriously thinking of going elsewhere simply because I can never get in touch with anyone. My agent's office never answers the phone and the 800 number leaves you on hold until you finally give up and just hang up.

This place does it all. I stopped in to get an international driver's license and some maps. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about me traveling in Europe. I think I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very great service with friendly people.

Very rude when they took a bad passport photo that was rejected. We have been members for 28 years and have all our insurance thru them and should not be treated by a very rude employee.

Was in and out quickly for a transfer of out of state registration and title. Way easier than DMV.
