In January of 2024 I purchased $1068.00 of Lionel Fastrack supplies from Bradystrains. Included were six Command Control turnouts. Five worked fine but one would not. I contacted Bradys customer support and was told to send them back to Lionel because they are still in warranty. I told Brady I was disappointed that they would not honor the warranty. So I shipped it back to Lionel for repair/replacement. I'm told they have a six week backlog so I have to wait. Bradys seems to miss the point that I didn't buy them from Lionel but bought them from Bradys ($140.00) . I did not pay Lionel but did pay Bradys. I could have purchased much of these supplies from Amazon bu instead chose to place the order with a small business instead. My mistake. It seems that Bradys does not want to support Lionel warrantys after all they got the money,

WOW!!! Amazing place! It is a paradise for anyone who loves model trains. Huge selection. Too much to take in in one visit. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Decent prices. Great experience!

Love it, we come here often and plan to come here for building our future layout. We just picked up a new locomotive and it’s awesome! 10/10 this is the place to go especially for O gauge, be mindful though, super busy place, so if they can’t come to the phone right away they’re with people.

Have bought several trains, add on's, and accessories for them here. Harry potter set very nice. Also had several very old trains repaired/serviced.Staff very knowledgable and helpful with questions.Very good selection of trains and sets from miniature to large scale.Purchased different scents of smoke fluid for train stack. Family loves them.Will return.

I was hoping to buy just the add-on pack for the high speed Polar Express. I already own the set and I just wanted to buy the add-on pack. He told me that if you buy a set by the whole 9 yards which makes sense.I offered a certain amount for the add on pack only and he was not willing to negotiate plus the item is very rare which is good but he doesn’t consider that someone may already owns the set and just needs the add-on pack you’re not going to buy the whole set again just for the add on cars! It will look stupid and it will only benefit the sellerPs. Looking at the reviews, seems like the seller replies back but in somewhat not friendly way. He said “if you just returned it we would’ve refunded your money or give you new paint” if you think about it, the reply was okay but the way it should’ve been said is “I’m really sorry that you had a bad experience here. Please swing by and we’ll help fix the issue or “I’m sorry about this inconvenience let go see what I can do to help your issue” . I work in a supermarket so I know all about customer service. I’ve gotten more positive reviews from customers in my department than my other coworkers.

Tis the season for price changing. Make sure you’re not being overcharged. Item priced on the shelve was not was I was charged. Just be careful.

I just purchased the Lionel legacy Santa Fe from Brady’s. The whole experience from start to end was excellent. Excellent communication, incredibly safe packaging, and fair prices. First order had a cosmetic issue from the factory and they accommodated the return and sent out a new one. They were great to deal with. Thank you very much.

Nice store, but be careful if you are there to pick up a bottle of True Color paints. They must be old because the ones that I purchased were half full like most of the solvents were evaporated. Compared what I got to a recent purchase from Walthers and it confirmed that mine were all half full.

I live in Ohio and I ordered a sleepy hollow casket company two truck Shay locomotive just the other day currently waiting on it to be shipped but I'm very happy that I found it with these wonderful people they was able give excellent customer service and they were very very nice can't wait to get my locomotive in the mail and get it ready for an awesome Halloween layout
