⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent experience with Cabin Hill Maytag!
I purchased a grill from Cabin Hill Maytag and couldn’t be happier. They offered great pricing and top-notch service. The delivery team brought the grill up to my back porch, expertly installed it, and even hauled away my old one—no need for me to lift a finger. Their communication was spot-on, they called ahead and arrived on time. Really smooth, hassle-free experience. I'm thrilled with the results and highly recommend them!

Very disappointed in Cabin Hill. Our washer broke twice in two years since we bought it. And they did nothing to help remedy this. Poor quality products and poor customer service. We went to Cabin Hill for high quality and customer service and didn’t receive it.

Called yesterday with a problem with my 4 year old Maytag washer. And today Brandon was here at 10:00. He identified the problem quickly, and in less than 45 minutes the washer was fixed and back in working order. He was friendly, efficient and the cost was very reasonable. I will not only call Cabin Hill and Brandon for future repairs, but my next appliance will be purchased there as well!
Part 2. So my refrigerator all of a sudden stops being a refrigerator. My ice cubes are sticking together and my frozen food became partially frozen. First my clothes washer is on the fritz and now this.
Out of warranty and of a luck. I said to myself I’m going to have to make good on my statement that I will be buying my next new appliance from Cabin Hill. Such was not the case. BRANDON once again to the rescue. He answered my call for service, troubleshooted and diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary part and in less than a week’s time , my refrigerator acted like a refrigerator.
The cost of repair was far less than the cost of a replacement.
If I could adopt Brandon I would. And when the time comes I WILL purchase it at Cabin Hill.

Cabin hill has made me a believer in them. I recently had trouble with my dryer and they were very helpful with trouble shooting. It took a few tries to find the problem. They could have pushed their repair department, but instead helped me. Good for them.

Customer service never goes out of style and Cabin Hill definitely subscribes to that philosophy. Excellent products, communication, and service. They go the extra mile. We will be back.

Was tired of buying appliances from big box stores, and having to replace them a year later. So glad I walked into this place. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and can’t wait to get the dryer to match the washing machine I bought!

My dryer heating element was not functioning. I called cabin hill and the technician walked me through a few checkpoints. I brought my fuse in and he ran a conductivity test, that wasn’t the problem so he sent me back to grab a few more items on the dryer. We figured out the problem and my dryer was fixed. I could
Have easily been told there needed to be a service call or could have been sold parts that could not have been returned. For 50.00 dollars we have a functioning dryer and new knowledge. This was true customer service. When I do in fact have to buy an appliance, it will be from this location.

Cannot recommend this store enough! We were dead set on getting a Machine Queen washer and dryer and were pleasantly surprised to find a store with them in stock minutes from our home. The customer service was great and delivery timely. Plus, the poor delivery guys had to take these heavy pieces up two flights of stairs, and did so with no complaints (though I wouldn't have blamed them if they did). We love having a place to buy high quality appliances in our community, and we'll definitely be going back!
