My LG Phone had a problem charging.I had to wiggle the plug and the charging would come on and off and at times not at all. CPR inspected it and Voila, cleaned the charging port and that fixed it. All in 15 minutes, Great Service.

Got a pixel 7a screen replaced, seems they used metal picks to get the screen out and marked up the phone, I can do that. Also didn't know anything about pixel phone finger print calibration, which I guess isn't common knowledge but you are a phone repair place I expect you to know more than I do. Nice people but just expected more. They got their insurance money and I got a new screen for 30 bucks, so I guess I'm content.

They were very professional, polite, understanding and thorough. They explain everything so you understand it, fair prices, and they finished everything I needed in just a few hours!!!!! They fixed it like it was never broken❤️I love that it’s family owned and they are great friendly people!!!!!

I was like many having issues with my phone and just wanted to say my phone is like brand new after visiting with them it was one of the best decisions I have ever made the staff are exceptionally amazing in their capabilities and knowledge along with fair prices.

Ruined a good iPad and wouldn’t admit their mistake. Took an iPad in for screen replacement and nothing else..NOTHING ELSE. They called and said the charging port was broke or messed up so it needed fixed. Mind you, it charged PERFECTLY FINE the day we took it in because it was ON charge….they charged up for their mistake and then give attitude when you try to communicate with them. They screwed my daughters tablet up WAY worse than it was taken in. If we didn’t mention the charging port to them, why take it upon yourself to “check it” when it wasn’t broke…ridiculous company and rude customer service. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.

We stopped in with a badly cracked screen on an iphone 11 pro. They have friendly customer service. They had screen in stock. It was repaired in less than an hour. Although I thought it was pricey, they use genuine parts rather than after market. And it is warranted. Everything on the phone works like new!

Carrie was amazing! Had a claim through my mobile provider for a broken screen. She did everything possible for me. I did have to go back due to one of the wires being loose when she put my phone back together which gave it a charging issue, but overall I would recommend.

I would not recommend this place at all. I took a switch to be repaired and was told a week after two weeks I called and asked for an update. I was told the technician had been out sick I understood things happen but communication would have been helpful. After another two weeks I called again for an update only to find out the business was closed for a week. Again no communication stating that my device would not be done in the next time frame I had been given. Once they reopened I called to ask for an update. The person who answered the phone had a serious attitude and was not pleasant to speak to. I was told the technician had quit and that a tech from a different store was coming in to look at the devices. Since they had my device since May I just wanted it back to take it to a different place. It was stated that it had been fixed and just needed put back together. I was told that they wanted the tech to verify if it had been fixed and pictures would be sent to him and if I didn’t hear back then the other tech could not be reached. I did not hear back and called again the next day. The tech had been contacted and said it had not been fixed. I asked if I could just come and get it and left the house immediately to go and pick it up and the door was locked. After all of this we decided to file a report with the better business bureau and this business did not answer them. Do not take your device here if you need it back in a timely manner or want a good customer experience.After leaving the this review I received a call from the owner with an attitude telling me to come and pick it up. When I tried to speak to explain the review I was hung up on. I went to the store to get my device and was greeted with attitude and the owner proceeded to go to the back room and start talking about to someone else. I received my device back in pieces with the screws stuck to a piece of masking tape.

Brought my son's Xbox one X in for a repair end of May 2023. After a few weeks, heard nothing and stopped back in. They said it was repaired (retimer chip), paid $150 and took it home. Plugged it in and the picture would not sync (same issue as before). Took the Xbox back and dropped it off. Stopped in again after a week and was told the original repair was never done in the first place and it needed an HDMI port, not a retimer chip. Said they would repair it no extra charge. Several more weeks go by until mid July. Son went to the business, was told their repair person quit and the xbox was in pieces. Was handed back our xbox (missing screws) and this time the xbox wouldn't even stay powered up - was in even worse state than when we brought it in the first time. Was refunded about $125 and now have a completely non-functional and non-repaired xbox. Not happy.

I've had more than a couple phone screens replaced and never had any issues with the service and the staff is very friendly and quick too.
