Service was horrible. Gave order at 10:10am. 1 egg scrambled, 2 bacon, toast and tater cakes, coffee, water with lemon; 2nd order All American with fruit: 3rd order 2 cookies and cream pancakes with 3 sausage. Got drinks within 5 minutes. No lemon with the water. At 10:40am noticed other customers who came in after us get there meals 1st. I summoned the waitress and her reply was they only ordered eggs, your order should be next. What was so special about our order, I don't know. She brought the order but no fruit. I asked her for hot sauce at this point. Said she would be back with the fruit and hot sauce. About 5 minutes later came by asked if I wanted more coffee (1st time for asking) then walked away with the fruit on her tray. I stopped her and she said here it is ma'am. Never did get the hot sauce. This will be my last visit to this location. I really didn't want to leave the waitress (Jenny B) a tip but I did leave a $5 tip.(Not my usual 20%.) I will not return to this restaurant again. This is not my 1st bad experience with this Iocation.

The restaurant is currently in the final remodeling stage and looks quite nice with a new modern look. The food is always good and the service is as well. Our server Kat was friendly and attentive. Thank you Kat.Parking: Plenty of available parking.

Food is very reasonable priced but the staff needs better training. Waiting 40 minutes for food and the waitress was gone most of the time on a slow night.

Stopped I'm for brunch / lunch... the food was pretty good and the service was good for them being understaffed. I heard the waitress comment about them having a few call-offs.

My burger was cold. The cheese wasn't melted. Hubby's burger was awful as well. Wendy's bacon burger was 10 times better.Next time we will go there. Also the bathroom was gross.

We had a gentleman named Jack as our server he was very helpful informative and entertaining. Would absolutely recommend asking for him as your server.

Your server Jack is very rude to the doordashers if you have to go there and deal with Jack he gives you a hard time all he needs is a name to get the order but he wants to know what the customer ordered I told him all you need is the name Jack told me that means nothing to me I have 10 orders back there and there is a name on everyone of them I ask other employees why he gives doordashes a hard time I was told cause Jack doesn't like to get doordash orders my family and I eat here I gave a 5 star before but now I changed it to a 2 star because of my experience with Jack and I high doubt there was 10 orders back there

I had a work meeting on New Year's Day and worked doubles everyday that weekend missing my son who was home alone. I worked 70+ hours last weekend and just needed some takeout. On New Year's Day, I pulled in right before 8pm. I stood waiting and waiting and waiting for staff to acknowledge me, look at your video footage. No employee should turn away business, that should be grounds for termination within hours of operation. We take all business. To ignore a customer that would have tipped well over 20% on THE slowest day of business all year should not be allowed to continue employment! This was my first stop, the second was Red Lobster, only to be turned away by the bartender. Olive Garden accepted my business that day and I tipped well. Shame on the night crew at your establishment on New Year's Day for ignoring a paying customer. This is the Greensburg Westmoreland Mall store when someone contacts me. I'd like to file complaints on the staff whom worked that evening, thank you. I would get fired if I did that to a customer.
