The “professionals” that work here are a joke. I have never been spoken to in such a condescending, disrespectful way as I was here. I brought my car in for an inspection and left with more problems than I drove in with, and Firestone refuses to take any responsibility for the damage they caused. Don’t come here unless you want to be blamed for their mistakes and spoken to with complete disrespect.

I went to the Greensburg facility 2 weeks ago for an inspection and emissions. My tires according to PA State Law which states ( no less than 3/32 on the front no recaps, no less than 2/32 rear) According to the PA State law I was legal and should have passed State inspection! They said that their Mechanic was State certified and can fail any vehicle that he wants too, even though I iterated that to them! I asked if I brought 4 new tires in would they mount them and put my sticker on the CRV. They said yes. After bringing in the CRV with the tires they refused to mount the tires stating to me that it’s a Feral Mandate and illegal to mount tires 5 years old even though they are in new condition! I Googled it and found out that there is no Federal Mandate stating that! They lied!!!They just Want to sell tires praying on individuals who don’t know any better!!Beware people Beware!!!!!??

This location is severely understaffed. I had to come back the next day to get the repairs found during my inspection completed. I live an hour away so I wasted a good amount of gas and time coming back the next day. When I came back the next day I had to wait another 3 hours before the repairs could be completed. I was not offered any kind of discount or anything even though I had to come back the next day due to 4 of their 6 scheduled technicians calling off. Also there was a constant beeping in the lobby area due to a tripped alarm that was "being fixed." I was also forced to move my appointment back 2 days due to their lack of inspectors. Not a good experience.

Great service. Bought two sets of tires. Great communication on the phone and everything done on time. They made sure I got all available discounts. Highly recommended.

They are very slow, no communication within the staff, and act like it is not their problem. Even if u have the appointment, expect to wait at least 1-2hrs or more. If they have to order very simple part, expect to wait at least 2 weeks. They won't care if u don't push them

Bring someone who knows cars with you. They will recommend all kinds of add ons that they find when they fix whatever you brought your car in for, even if it is just changing your tires. Even if it is a simple fix, they will tell you the parts need to be replaced. Take your car to someone you trust for a second opinion who will probably be able to offer you a cheaper solution that works just as well.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of getting my brakes changed at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Greensburg, PA, and I must say that it was an absolute nightmare. After just three years of having a complete front brake system replacement, I was shocked to find out that I needed to change front disks again. How could the front disc brake rotors be damaged after driving a little over 12,000 miles per year? The car was shaking violently during braking, which is highly concerning. To make matters worse, the rear brakes, which were replaced only two years ago, also required new brake rotors. When I asked the technicians how this could be possible, they had no explanation for me other than stating that I needed to fix it for the car inspection. This lack of professionalism and accountability towards customers is highly disappointing.I find myself questioning the quality and condition of the parts used during the installation. Were they original or did Firestone opt for cheaper alternatives? It is frustrating that they do not accept any blame for potentially installing subpar parts that failed so quickly.Furthermore, I specifically mentioned that my handbrake didn't work at all, despite minimal usage, when I brought my car in for the installation. To my dismay, after the work was completed, the handbrake remained unchanged and was still incapable of holding the car on a hill. This lack of attention to detail is simply unacceptable.Adding insult to injury, my appointment was scheduled for 7 am, but the entire process dragged on until 4 pm. The lack of amenities at the service center, such as a coffee or water machine, was disappointing. The only option available was a vending machine, which hardly compensates for the extensive waiting time. All in all, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Greensburg, PA. The repeated failures of the brakes, the unprofessional response to my inquiries, the lack of accountability, and the extensive wait time combined to create an incredibly negative experience. I will never be returning to Firestone and will actively discourage others from doing so as well.Service: Brake service & repair

I scheduled an appointment at 8am for an alignment and 2 tires to be put on front of car. The car was dropped off at 730 am and I was told I would be called when it was ready. After not getting a call I stopped in at 1130 am to see what was going on and my car was never brought in the garage. I was told somebody else's order was put on top of mine and mine was forgotten about. Now I have a car that still needs aligned and tires put on because I didn't have all day to wait for it to be done. I was never offered a solution, I was told I can wait longer or take my car. The guy I talked to didn't even care that my car was pushed aside and never worked on. This is the worst I've ever been treated at a car service center

So I went in there for them to replace my turn signal bulb in the back. Right after the job it still didn't work after I payed them 36 bucks for an easy five minute job. Turns out they replaced the wrong bulb entirely and I had to go back and get another turn signal bulb from them. They didn't even use bulb grease either which is important and prevents the bulb socket from melting. In the end I did the job myself at home. They need to know what their doing way better when they want to charge 150$ an hour labor and diagnostics. They will never touch my car ever again

Do not come here for an inspection unless your car is 100% factory stock without so much as a scratch in the paint. They will refuse to inspect any modified (although safe and legal) vehicle and will not utilize common sense in their judgement. They will decline an inspection sticker for things that do not call for a denial in the official inspection manual.Do come here for good quality tires and alignments though. The lifetime alignment is a great deal. Just dont expect so much as a cotter pin from them if yours is missing though. Ask me how I know.Service: Wheel alignment
