I’ve been a customer of FCB /NBOC for well over 50 years dating back to my return from Vietnam and return to IUP on the GI bill.
I’ve remained there because of the employees who put the first in First Commonwealth. Their level of customer service exceeds expectations and satisfies needs under the greatest challenges managing money can be expected to provide the average customer.
This is especially true under the leadership and direct personal involvement of GM Steven Kirkwood at Greensburg branch on 4000 Hempfield Blvd.
After two earnest but unsuccessful tries by others on online banking to cancel auto bill payment transactions Mr Kirkwood stepped up and offered to resolve my frustrations. He devoted the better part of two hours contacting experts , researching data and conversing with me to keep me from hemorrhaging my checking account. Before resolution….
I had to leave the premises. He took my name and number and said I’ll call you with a solution. By days end he proved to be a banker of his word. It’s instances like this that make me celebrate year after year my decision to remain with FCB.
Loyalty is a two way street. It must be reciprocal. At this location (and at New Alexandria) I have found it to be true.
Especially today at Greensburg.
I’m deeply appreciative Mr Kirkwood. I’m glad I visited your branch today !!!!

I have had business and personal accounts at this location for years. Managers change from time to time but I rarely have any issues. The home office in Indiana is very helpful as well.

I try to reach them email and phone, and never get a call back. I work full-time during their business hours, and also have a second job. It's almost impossible for me to stop in at the facility. Why is so hard to find out what I have in my retirement funds? I NEVER get anything by mail or by email from them.

Please don't ever bank here.this bank is a joke they will close your business and personal accounts with out reason,even if it's in good standing for over 10 years. Not competitive with out banks. Will. Give you nothing but excuses when it comes to loans. And won't match other Banks rates. 1 star is to good for these clowns.

I'm a long time regular customer that uses the drive threw once a week. My money is always wrapped nicely and I always have required amount to use it and my name, account number and amount on paper since they don't provide you with a deposit slip anymore. This morning, I was waited on a rude young woman that first asked if I was making a deposit in a smart rude tone. What else would I be doing with it? It's cash???!!! Then in another smart tone she said you need to come in next time I almost ripped it. First off, it was a small amount, second, I had a gum band around it. She ended my visit by telling me to have a nice day in a sarcastic tone. You need to check the people you hire. I wish I would of gotten her name.

I've been to this bank twice now, and both times the bank tellers were very rude to me. They asked me inappropriate questions about my checks that I was depositing. I'm disgusted with how they treated me. They treated me as if I was some kind of criminal. Avoid going to this bank!
