Was visiting family from out of town and my 3 year old got sick, so I had to go the Urgent Care in the same plaza so I just selected Giant Eagle for the pharmacy for them to send amoxicillin to. Couldn’t be happier with the minimal wait time and super friendly people I interacted with

Understaffed: I've always found the pharmacy staff to be professional, helpful and courteous (5*). Unfortunately there are not enough of them to handle phones, in-store and drive thru during peak hours. Additionally the automated phone system could use an overhaul.
