Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania is a long-standing nonprofit thrift store and donation center. For over 100 years, Goodwill has provided affordable secondhand clothing, housewares, furniture, and other items to the local community. The stores are generally well-stocked and organized, though some locations may be more organized than others. Customers praise the friendly and helpful staff, though the pricing system can be seen as inconsistent at times. Overall, Goodwill is a valuable resource for the community, offering a convenient place to donate and purchase gently used items at reasonable prices.
Pretty decent selection and friendly staff. Easy donation drop off and good deals. Only thing was I opened a drawer full of dead bedbugs and I left after that. Make sure to check your items from thrift stores!

I am very happy with the customer service at the Greensburg store. Rachel the manager was super polite, kind and went out of her way to help me with a recent donation experience. I would definitely recommend them!

Not my favorite Goodwill but not my least favorite. They need to keep up better with items on the shelves I recognize some items being there for months. At least it's better than the North Huntingdon store but Delmont is still #1
