Made an appointment, got a call the next day saying my local office is seasonal only and that I could be rescheduled at their next open location about 30 mins from me. No big deal. A week later (today) I drive to that appointment only to find out they are closed. Appointment only sign on the door, I guess my appointment wasn't good enough? Says they should be open according to their google business profile, thanks for wasting my time.

My tax pro. Cheri Miller was amazing and went above and beyond for me. I was so grateful for her help. She got me every dollar I could get back. I will never go anywhere else for my taxes h&r block. You need to give this woman a bonus. She made me feel at home. She made me feel comfortable the best tax experience I've had. I can't express how grateful I am for her!!!

Gail Haas at the Hempfield plaza office in Greensburg, PA is an exceptional tax professional. Extremely knowledgeable, personable, we can't express the quality of service we received from Gail, the office Manager, the front desk. This office and the staff are just exceptional people. We had lost faith in H&R BLOCK only to regain it through this office! Thank you to Gail, her Manager, & the very nice lady at the front desk! The best experience ever!

My husband took the paperwork to H&R didn't realize how expensive it was, we are getting 406.00back and H & R block gets 160.00, thought we should get a discount because of our age 84 & 72 or military . I will be sure to let everyone know how expensive you are. Actually they charged $224.00 for the service
