Everything went super. Ally was amazing!!!! When attempting to initially pick up my item. Ally and I noticed damage to the product. Ally was extremely understanding and helpful in ensuring I got an undamaged product. Ally's kindness and professionalism were incredible! She is the epitome of customer service.
