I made a 12:00 appointment. I showed up fifteen minutes early (might show 10 on their logs, since that's the time I got into the parking lot). I was back in the exam room by 12:08. I waited an hour to be seen, but no one came. The chairs have metal arms and are too narrow for a big man like me. I had to get up on the exam table. I am disabled and this is not easy to do. It was not comfortable there, either, because I had nowhere to rest my feet, but it was better than the chair.Anyway, I went back out to see if they forgot about me. Told them my appointment was at noon and I'd been waiting an hour. Asked if they took walk-ins ahead of me or something. They said, "Our appointments are not real appointments."Why offer appointments if they mean nothing to you?Medical offices get busy. There are reasons why doctors and nurse practitioners run late. I get that. But if you know you're running that far behind, TELL THE PATIENTS. Give us the choice on whether we want to wait or go somewhere else. I couldn't wait any longer. My daughter is autistic, and my wife can be in the house with her, but my daughter does not cooperate with her. I have to be there to give her lunch and stuff. Now I am going to have to wait till she's asleep to try again.I usually go to the Jeannette location. The chairs are the same there, but I will take my mobility scooter later instead of using my cane to go in, just in case I have to wait an hour without being seen. I will definitely ask if they are running behind before I decide to wait.

This visit was different on March 16, 2024 then past visits. Although, it was not a crowded waiting room at the time, I was processed, examined, and released in a quick, orderly fashion.

Absolutely nothing express about med express. I'm honestly trying to figure out what the point of scheduling an appt is when you don't even get seen for multiple hours past your appointment time. There has to be a better way.

The workers you check in with are pretty friendly. One you get called back to go over things this is where the rudeness starts. She’s not friendly, doesn’t interact unless the info she needs. I corrected her bc my birthday year wasn’t correct on the sheet and she tried to blame it on someone else and gave cold shoulder after that. Was just a not friendly atmosphere. It was like I was an inconvenience of her day. She is not friendly- she’s pregnant .

Stay away from this Dump !!!! Went in to get my Non CDL medical card paid $150 … come to find out they did not give me my card and did the wrong paperwork. I go in and tell them they did not give me my card and the woman tells me that they can correct this by me paying $130 dollars more and doing it over again. This place is a SCAM and have no clue what they are doing and try to blame it on the everyone but themselves!!!!! Here is an update sent my info and they said someone would be in contact with me in a few days … been a few weeks and nothing stay away from this DUMP !!!!! They don’t care about their customers and want to take your hard earned money and screw you over Beware !!!!!

Honestly, what is the point on making people do appointments online if you're not going to adhere to that and make them wait an hour???? Horrible business practice and service.

I had some concerning health issues when I was in undergrad— they told me my stage IV cancer symptoms were “probably just my period”… The blatant disregard of my pain and symptoms was astounding…

Thank you for serving me. Your care was what I needed and I am much better now. Provider/PA listened to my needs and prescribed accordingly.

Scheduled an appointment waited an hour and 15 minutes! Then waited an additional 45 minutes for the Dr to sputter off statistics. Waste of time and money.

Terrible. The PA could not be bothered with examining me. Total waste of time.
