Walked around for a solid 15 minutes with my fiance gathering questions to ask, the entire time we were there there was not as much as a hello or we’ll be right with you or an offer of assistance. We left and will be taking our money elsewhere

My fiancé and I went in on a Sunday morning for him to get fitted for a tux. We went in a few months ago to ask a few questions about renting a tux. The two men were incredibly nice and helped us understand the process. We were not told to make an appointment. So, today 2/11, we went in for him to get fitted. Fred immediately said that we need an appointment in a condescending tone. As a business owner, I understand this. But no other customers were in the store. Fred was in a rush and told us to call to make an appointment. So we made one. We proceeded to walk out of the store. We noticed that Fred was talking about us to coworkers.I would not recommend this store. No other customer came in the 10 minutes.

The store and men’s warehouse was great. The short, older man with glasses at this location is rude and insufferable. I’d suggest going to the monroeville location to avoid having to deal with him.

Family member went to try a shirt on when a sales person made a disgust face and told them that it wouldn't fit but I guess you can try. Didn't offer any other any assistance or suggestions on sizing or a different style shirt. It was disrespectful and unacceptable.

The beginning of the rental process was fine, try to pick it up was not so great.Customer service and product is this business, customer service at this location is lacking to say the least. My son the groom was treated like it was a burden to get his items that he had purchased for his weeding and I need to call in to ask if I could pick up early. Well, after 10 minutes on hold I was hung up on and then call back, the phone was answered right away. Something is wrong here.

Over a month ago after finding out an event was being canceled my son and I both canceled our orders. My son received a refund via a check, I received nothing, I have been trying to get my refund for over a month now and still nothing, each time being told we are issuing it and will send a check or its escalated to corporate and will call me back, visited the store again today to here the same thing. A $20 refund should not be that difficult.

I wish I could give zero stars. Completely screwed up every single one of my sisters’s groomsmen’s alterations including my toddler son’s. It seems like nobody there has any idea when it comes to measurements or alterations. If you choose this place, make sure you have plenty of time for them to try to correct their mistakes and even then, you’re taking a chance as items still weren’t altered correctly.

One of the older gentleman working as a consultant at this location was useless. He didn’t seem to have any energy to work with me. He hardly took measurements and didn’t seem interested at all. Thankfully another female consultant saved the day by stepping in. She was extremely kind. The older fella had glasses. He needs retrained on customer service. I’ll gladly come in and retrain him. It’s not that hard to bring energy and kindness to the job. Step up, or quit.

Please go to any other location if you have to use Men’s Wearhouse at all. This place will tell you to get bent if things do not fit. Horrible customer service. I work in customer service and always felt some people blow things out of proportion online with reviews. This is not a joke when I say this place could care less. It’s like they are too afraid to have to re order something or put in the work to make something right. I’ll walk to a Men’s Wearhouse on the other side of the country before I visit this Greensburg location again.

The employee at the Greensburg, PA store appeared to be helpful at first but was very snooty after we started shopping. Told us he didn’t have anything our size and couldn’t get it ordered in. Treated us very rude and lost a $500 sale.. we happily gave our money to Macy’s instead who were very helpful and considerate.

If I were you, I would try another location. All employees are clueless and unhelpful. Was measured for a wedding tux. The woman (who I later found out was fired) was more interested in leaving her shift than measuring. When it was the week of the wedding, instead of them calling me when the tux came in, I had to call them. Not to my surprise, the tux did not fit. The pants were too short, the shirt sleeves were too short, the vest was huge. Thankfully, it was all fixed, but I was forced to come in again and wait for the employees to find the tux in the back for 30 minutes. At the end of the process, they rudely reminded me that if the tux is not returned immediately the day affter the wedding, it will be a $20 late fee. I understand that is policy but really? After this whole mess I should be refunded a portion. They charged me over $250 and I got a wrinkled tux and three total trips to this store. I do not recommend!!
