Great customer service here. I always get the same person and she's always ready to help, and knows what she's doing. Also is honest and helpful about products and services. Good place to go to make sure you're getting the best and most for what you can afford.

Five years ago we switched from Verizon to MetroPCS and have had no problems with our account, phones or the cellular service. Ever since Jason took over this Greensburg store it has been clean and neatly organized. Jason has always been polite, patient and informative when we've stopped in to check on new products. We just bought new Samsung phones with excellent customer service from the other staff member Rachel. We recommend this store.

horrible place, been there for 8 years, upgraded to ,a moto g 5g, phone died in 2 weeks and the store would not help at all, the phone is under warranty, they said they cant help because they cant turn it on to see whats wrong with it, this store is a joke anymore, im going elsewhere
