Received a call from this bank branch at 6 am. This branch is located 3,000 miles away from my home address, which they have on file. Calling to “discuss something with me”. PNC is about to lose me as a customer for stunts like this.

Bunch of liberals. Wont validate a bad check given to my business because I don't have an acct. There's a reason for that! You guys are liberals with emphasis on violating the privacy of your customers. Nothing but a hassle at PNC. WASTE OF TIME.

Last Monday, I contacted the establishment and requested John from investments contact me regarding a concern. Several days went by without John returning the call. On Thursday, I contacted the bank again and requested a return call. Thursday, after closing, John returned my call. I explained the issue, and was assured it would be resolved before Tuesday. It is now Thursday of the following week. John has not completed the task, or contacted me with an update.

Amanda is the greatest! She handled 3 different things for me cheerfully and explained how the bond worked that I was cashing in. She made the trip to the bank enjoyable!

Worst bank I've ever been to. Staff seems annoyed you're there like you're bothering them. Good for them though. That's what they want. For people to go elsewhere.

Friday afternoon...the usual...1 teller for the mile long line in drive thru and one for the 13 people in line...but don't fret..there's 5 people sitting at their desks looking at u...this place is consistently the worst

Only one drive through and only 2 tellers anymore. Tough being a business customer when you need teller services when depositing change/making change and other items that business customers need.

New Review: Well, before my last terrible experience I had a wonderful experience a few days before and then today I was there again and had another above and beyond WONDERFUL/FRIENDLY experience! I guess it’s just that one teller there that isn’t meant for customer service. I’m updated my 1 star to a 3 star after todays great experience.Original Review: Rude teller named Amanda. Wanted to be righteous and argue. Closing my account that I’ve had with them for many years if this is the kind of people and service that is provided!

The one teller they have working is always pleasant can't complain about that . But that's the issue there is only 1 teller for a seven station branch an thats including drive thru, There is plenty of other staff making copies or sitting at a desk not helping anyone that doesn't want to open a new account or get a loan. But day to day business they are horrible , Long waits everyday , definitely considering switching banks, This isn't a one time thing either this has been going on for a long time now , making my PNC banking miserable , dreading everytime i have to go to the branch .

In here now. One teller! At 1pm in the afternoon. And no one cares! Terrible! PNCis awful recently. This day and this branch are no exception. Why have a greeter and a manager doing nothing and one telller?!Stink, stank, stunk.
