Im usually very understanding and never leave a review for places but the lady who took care of me was extremely rude right off the bat. She then argued with me about drawing from my arm instead of my hand, even though I have great veins in my hands and have gotten it done many times, because "she preferred" the arm. She insisted to do my arm multiple times and finally listened to my request after I offered to leave and reschedule elsewhere. If she didn't know how to do it or anything, she could've said so and I would've gladly went to the location I have before.

1 star for 1 ladies attitude.(read below)4 stars for the quickness.(read below)2 stars for cleanliness.(bathroom was gross, dirty and almost makes you want to gag).Appointments online are never available at this location but claims they offer walk-ins. I encountered the same lady 2 different times, about a month apart. She was so rude and irritated that I was a walk-in. I had no problem waiting. I stated that both times. Others in the waiting room stated the same thing I felt! They were like geesh she should just put a no walk in sign on the door if we irritate her so much. None of us walk ins had an issue waiting and understand Appointments go before us. But she would be so hateful and irritated with us. Telling us that NEXT TIME we have to make an appointment. Okay....well if we could we would. The first time I was there she said well we will try to squeeze you in. I waited maybe 5 minutes and was in and out in 15 minutes max. The second time I was there with a lot of people, most had Appointments, except for 3 of us. None of us minded waiting, it was 12pm so we knew if we had to wait an hour we would wait. However even with them being "SUPER BOOKED WITH APPOINTMENTS" we still only waited 20 minutes max and was in and out. So if you go to this location and the lady tries to scare you away with the walk in wait time....just wait...it really won't be that long. After this happening to me twice at this location I will no longer go back. I'd rather drive an extra 30 minutes to a different location if I have to. Never again!

Awful. Fax system is completely out dated. If your doctor needs to fax a prescription for labs, don’t waste your time. Quest won’t receive it.

First off I was very nervous about getting a blood draw. I was greeted by Amy who instantly put off very good/kind vibes. She could tell I was anxious and did a good job putting me at ease. She was quick, efficient, and did a fantastic job. Very professional and if you get Amy, you are going to have an easier time.

Had a 9:30 appointment. Was on time and did a mobile check in. They were running about 20 minutes behind. I patiently waited as people were called back. They came out and said they were caught up with appointments and started to call back walk ins. I asked why I hadn’t been called back since I had a 9:30 appointment and did a mobile check in. Long story short I was told they had no record of my appointment even though I showed them the confirmation on my phone. I was told I could sign in as a walk in and they would take me as time permitted. I said so having an appointment meant nothing. The response was it means something we just don’t show you on our list. Then I got a text showing I was late for the appointment. Very poor customer service. I came home and made an appointment for the Irwin location.

You cannot get any answer when you try to call with any questions. When I arrived Saturday @ 10am (2 hours before closing time) I was rudely greet by a worker stating that "Saturdays are for appointment only" which it does not say anywhere on the site or the automated system you have to listen to mulitple times when you call before it hangs up on you. We were told we had to go home and make another appointment which we can't do until next weekend because we work during their business hours all week. Although if I acted as the technician did today, I wouldn't have to worry about a job because I'd be fired.

If an appointment is required for a Saturday that should be communicated more effectively. I had timed bloodwork that had to be completed on a certain day which just happened to be a Saturday. The employee entered the waiting room and basically said they are under staffed and if you don’t have an appointment leave. This employee definitely seemed frustrated which I’m guessing is due to there being a staffing issue. Anyway, I went to the QuickDraw at Excela no appointment necessary, the staff was great, and I was out in 10 minutes. Save yourself the aggravation and just goto QuickDraw.

Walked in the door @ 0830 two people waiting signed in as a walk-in screen says is 1140 ok since I am fasting I left drove to another quest location walked in @0920 registered 6 people already there the screen says is 0930 ok just a 10 minute wait go figure..... Guess I won't be going back here

I was mistreated here, 2nd visit. Both ladies that tried to find a vein on me, they couldn't they said they were too small. And the one lady don't want to poke side of my wrist, she didn't feel comfortable. I didn't end up getting blood drawn after one bad poke. Last time I went here it was on a 4th poke the finally got my vein. They were not too nice, bad vibes here like they hate their job and everyone that comes there. There is no happiness or smiling from the employees. The waiting room smelled like straight up urine it was hard to bear that smell. Not the cleanest place. Go to murrysville quest instead, the girls there are very nice, esp johnna- she's awesome and good at pinpointing veins.Won't be back to this gbg location.

When calling you have to wait more than an hour trying to get ahold of anyone and in their waiting area their is not people just machines so it makes it really difficult to get ahold of anyone

I hate needles but I had to get blood work done for my PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR and i i went to Quest. I was seen in a timely fashion and technician was helpful, friendly and she didn’t have any issues with finding my veins. Drew my blood and I was on my way.

Very busy location, it is best to have an appointment but the employees were very nice, thorough and expeditious.

People are always nice. But please fix your fax machine. Westmoreland hospital faxed them my order 3 times and quest said they never received it. Second time this has happened to me. I left and called westmoreland hospital and had them fax it to quick draw at mt view. They received it immediately. And I had my blood work done there. I won’t be returning to Quest Diagnostics.

Was directed to this location from the CDC website for COVID testing, scheduled an appointment, and was refused service because I didn't have a doctor's referral. While I have no issue with needing a referral, it would have been reaaaaaally nice to know it was required when scheduling an appointment so I could just go to CVS or Walgreens. Would only recommend to people I reeeeeaaaallly dislike
